Excellent service
We are a small community based housing association in the north west. We needed an affordable and reliable external back up service. Backup Vault were recommended by our IT company. From set up to ongoing support, working with Backup Vault has been a very positive experience for us. The service meets all of our requirements - being reliable and affordable. We always receive prompt and helpful feedback to our enquiries. Another key issue for us is that the service is UK based and fulfils our GDPR requirements.
