I came across BackupVault when I needed to find a new back up provider for my accountancy practice. My previous provider stored data in the US and that was contrary to GDPR regulations for the finace sector. My experience with them has been excellent from the outset. They are helpful, always reply to emails immediately and even assited in helping me to keep my storage bill down by flagging uneccesary file back-ups I was including. I totally recommend Nick and his team.

The quality of service was clear right at the stage of setting up. Backup Vault have been professional and knowledgeable, but still maintained personalised customer relations. We are very happy with the product and service they've provided.

I was looking for a UK-based replacement for our current school backups provider. Staff at BackupVault have been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout the transition process. They were also very patient with our fairly slow internal finance processes and kept updating quotes as needed without quibbles. I was provided a lengthy trial period to test and I cannot fault the team at BackupVault at all. Cost-wise, they work with a number of backup vendors to ensure a tailored solution at a really great cost. Highly recommended to anyone, but especially anyone in education.

Required an M365 backup service to replace one included in a wider offering. Looked at a few options. Backupvault looked like it gave me everything I wanted at a good price. And it did. All interactions friendly and professional.

Rob quickly had a look at my system and let me know it was operating correctly, even though it hasn't been displaying the confirmations that the Backup and Analysis had been successfully performed. I'll keep an eye on my computer, as this information may resume at some point in the future.

Really easy to setup the trial. Trial works perfectly, application is great and intuitive to use. As a UK Trade organisation we have to maintain our data in the UK and ensure that it is secure - this service offers all of this cover for our GDPR policies, ISO and Cyber Essentials Accreditations.

We’ve been using BackupVaults O365 backup services only for a month, but the whole process from procurement to implementation has been nothing short of exceptional. Their solution offers comprehensive coverage for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, ensuring that every piece of our critical data is protected (games industry).

Great product and service from BackupVault. Peace of mind that our offsite cloud backups are in safe hands. The software is easy to use and allows for full or incremental/partial backups. Technically, was easy to set up, monitor and operate. A big credit to the service though - proactive without being pushy, responsive and really helpful. In an age of anonymous blanket emails and opaque FAQs, offered welcome personalised support.

I had a highly disappointing experience with BackupVault. Our business was looking for a reliable backup solution, and we reached out to them to discuss their services and get a quote. Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare from start to finish.

From the beginning, their team was incredibly hostile. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by our inquiries. We were simply trying to understand the costs and discuss how their services could meet our business needs. Instead of providing clear information or even a basic price range, they outright refused to provide any details unless we signed up first. This is an absurd way to do business — expecting a company to commit without even knowing what they’re getting into.

To make matters worse, when we requested a call to discuss things further, they flat-out ignored our request. It felt as if they didn't want our business at all. This kind of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and makes it clear that they have no interest in building positive relationships with potential customers.

I would strongly advise any business to steer clear of BackupVault. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and are willing to provide the necessary information upfront without playing games. BackupVault is not worth your time or effort.
