Lied to on multiple occasions leading up to a pre-paid service which resulted in being charged AGAIN!
Spoke to Debbie on customer services who was nothing but rude and at every corner. 10 minutes on hold and she only wanted to "redirect" my call rather than attempting to help.
Refused to escalate call to manager as she "has no numbers for any other managers"
Asked to speak to a different representative as she wasnt being helpful, and refused to allow that with the only option being to "put the phone down and re-dial, I'm sure you'll get someone else".
This started as a potential mix up that could have been rectified, it's now turned into revealing TERRIBLE customer services, and we will never return.
