I had a highly disappointing experience with BackupVault. Our business was looking for a reliable backup solution, and we reached out to them to discuss their services and get a quote. Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare from start to finish.
From the beginning, their team was incredibly hostile. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by our inquiries. We were simply trying to understand the costs and discuss how their services could meet our business needs. Instead of providing clear information or even a basic price range, they outright refused to provide any details unless we signed up first. This is an absurd way to do business — expecting a company to commit without even knowing what they’re getting into.
To make matters worse, when we requested a call to discuss things further, they flat-out ignored our request. It felt as if they didn't want our business at all. This kind of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and makes it clear that they have no interest in building positive relationships with potential customers.
I would strongly advise any business to steer clear of BackupVault. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and are willing to provide the necessary information upfront without playing games. BackupVault is not worth your time or effort.

Terrible Experience! I recently tried using Yell.com to find a reliable local service, and it was an absolute disaster. The search results were cluttered with outdated listings, and many businesses had incorrect contact information. When I finally managed to contact a company, they told me they hadn't used Yell in years! The site is slow, the interface is outdated, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. im yet to sign up with fast spring going through intial calls with them , ive emailed them multiple times and messaging a contact of theres on linkedin too and they just wont return your messages, we had a call booked for 2 weeks ago on a friday but fastspring did not attend the call and only informed me many hours after the call they wouldnt be attented very poor service this hour i had spared for fastspring i would of given to a customer had i know you was not interested in doing business with us.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Cryptomus and their unprofessionalism. I have been dealing with an issue for over two months now and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have received very limited replies. When they did bother to respond, all they said was that I need to wait.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide any resolution shows a total disregard for their customers. I expected at least a basic level of support, but it seems that Cryptomus is utterly useless when it comes to addressing customer concerns.

My experience with the CentralNic Reseller Program has been less than a cakewalk. Right at the very beginning, I had to deal with so many technical issues. Besides, I had to keep following up with them for a lot of times just to get an answer. When they did take the pain of responding, they put the blame on their Zendesk system, which in my view is a really lousy reason.
After struggling and getting an email back, they told me the name of my company was too long to put on their platform. I mean, this is an astoundingly dumb system limitation that would not make any sense. How lousy the design of the platform actually is can be spoken for by the fact that this is promised to be a system limitation.
To make matters worse, I never got hold of any of their systems whatsoever. All these problems happened before I had the chance to join their reseller program. Kudos to me for walking away from all this mess that was becoming a company. If anything, it's this lousy pre-joiner experience. Imagine how nasty it must be as a reseller. Avoid CentralNic at all costs.

However, after I provided the necessary documentation, they refused to accept it, stating it had to be submitted in a very specific way. This process was overly complicated and unhelpful.
I spent over a week trying to place an order, emailing daily with a representative named Sam, but had no success. To make matters worse, I received an email stating my order was cancelled without any explanation. This has been a colossal waste of time and effort. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Booked a repair a week or 2 ago was advised would have a visit next day. replied to the email they sent no reply its not 2 weeks later still no visit and to make things worse they have now cancelled my policy stated ive requested it to be cancelled ive not spoken to them in the last 2 weeks!
when you call them as i have today to get answer they say they cant help and to call back in 3 hours what sort of joke is this "FYI my calls to you guys are all recorded"

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Secretlabs recently, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only did their product cause damage to my property, but their customer service and aftercare support were shockingly inadequate.
Let's start with the product itself. I purchased one of their chairs with high hopes Warcraft Alliance Titan, expecting comfort and durability. However, worst of all, the base of the chair scratched my hardwood floor beyond repair. This was not a cheap chair, mind you, but you would think that for the premium price, you'd get a product that actually holds up.
When I reached out to Secretlabs regarding the damage caused by their faulty product, I was met with utter indifference. Their customer service representatives seemed completely disinterested in my concerns, offering nothing but canned responses and empty promises. There was no sense of accountability or willingness to rectify the situation. It was as if they couldn't care less about the damage their product had caused to my property.
And don't even get me started on their aftercare support, or lack thereof. I was left hanging with no resolution in sight. No offer to replace the damaged chair or compensate for the damage done to my floor. It was as if they expected me to just suck it up and buy another one of their products.
Well, let me tell you, I will never again be giving Secretlabs a single cent of my hard-earned money. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to take responsibility for the damage caused by their inferior products is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid Secretlabs at all costs. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers and stand behind their products. Secretlabs is not one of them.

I have never experienced such abysmal service in my entire life. This hosting company, is an absolute disaster.
First off, their customer support is non-existent. You might as well be shouting into the void because you'll get the same response – nothing. I've sent countless emails, made numerous phone calls, and even attempted carrier pigeons, but to no avail. It's like they've made it their mission to ignore every single customer query.
As if that weren't bad enough, they have a knack for losing data. Yes, you read that right – losing data! I've had files mysteriously vanish into thin air without so much as an apology from these incompetents. It's a nightmare scenario for anyone who values their online presence and wants reliable hosting.
What's most infuriating is their complete lack of care. It's as if they're running a scam operation and have no intention of providing the service they promise. They'll gladly take your money but don't expect anything in return – not even the basic courtesy of a response.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hosting company. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and inevitable loss of data. There are plenty of other reputable hosting providers out there who actually value their customers and know how to do their job. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

do not trust them with any of your data, they simply do not care, they also continue to charge after you cancel service, when ive called them they state nothing they can do , called over a month ago to cancel as there panel had issues and couldnt cancel so i spoke to billing who arrange this there side, ive got a Call Recording or proof, but still they took money after ive got a phone call and was informed service was cancelled, have now raised a Un-authroised chargeback with my bank as this was not consented
