SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Take your money, sit on it for months earning lots of lovely interest and then do not fulfil your order. Should be shutdown by trading standards.

Ordered a week previous and waited in all morning only to get an email at 13:30 stating that Brandon Hire could not fulfil the order. National Tool Hire Shops do not appear to have any shops of their own...
Complete and utter waste of my time!

Update: I have discovered that although National Tool Hire failed to fulfil my order, they were successful in debiting my account for the full amount earlier today... I now need to await a refund.

So you get a delivery time slot, make arrangements to be home at the required time slot only to discover they apparently attempted delivery but then had a problem. I've been home all day!! Absolute waste of time, thanks Hermes!!!

My item was delivered not working/damaged. I have attempted to contact the seller 3 times now in order to return for a refund but have had no response at all. Not impressed...

I placed my first order with Wild and Bloom and unfortunately, (due to a Royal Mail error), the flowers were not going to arrive on the specified day... I emailed the team at W&B and to cut a long story short, they immediately dispatched a replacement bouquet for the following day to the hotel we were due to be staying at.
They bent over backwards to help and ensure our anniversary did not suffer and my wife was extremely happy with the flowers.

We were booking a room via Booking.com, having entered our group details - 2 adults and one child.
Two rooms were presented as options: a deluxe room for £80 and a deluxe studio with kitchen for £100.
Being on a budget, we decided to go for the cheaper room.
Once confirmation of the booking came through it clearly stated that max occupancy for the room was 2 people...
En-route to the accommodation the following day, we contacted the hotel to double check the occupancy. They confirmed it was for 2 only and said we would need to contact Booking.com to change the room to the larger studio. Booking.com said that was fine but the price for that room was now £110!!
Needless to say, we were less than impressed but as we were en-route and with our child in the car we weren't really in a position to cancel our booking. Essentially, we were penalised for an error with the booking process on the Booking.com site - not impressed.

1) Did not turn up on the day we booked. I had to take another day off and lost earnings.
2) When the job was completed the house was left in a complete mess - no tidying up at all.
3) We also had damage to newly plastered and decorated walls and skirting.
Despite complaining to SCS via Resolver we have not received any form of response.
Far from impressed.

After 8 days of waiting for a communication about when I could expect delivery of my order I decided to contact VP. Unfortunately, all they could tell me was that they were experiencing a backlog and could hopefully provide more information in a couple of days....not very impressed.

Thought I'd provide an update to say that following my communication with VP, my order was very swiftly delivered.
