Avoid this company
I made the mistake of buying a monitor from this company without checking on Trustpilot first. They took my money but did not have the monitor in stock . I only found out after waiting for 2 weeks for it to arrive. Since then I have repeatedly asked for a refund without any success. Now I will have to go to trading standards. Really upset and out of pocket. Do not buy from this company unless you want a whole load of grief.
Would avoid buying from this company
Would avoid buying from this company. Bought a touchscreen monitor and a docking station. The return policy is awful and surely illegal, they don't accept returns. The monitor does not work as expected, if you're using a pen, it doesn't "undetect" your hand, so you have to hover over the monitor. You can see this in their product photos and videos as well. The docking stations are alright, but to be honest, there are better options out there.
A Jeckyll & Hyde company
A Jeckyll & Hyde company. Their products are well specified, well designed and apparently well built but their service in the UK if you have a problem is woeful. I bought a Matrix Ultimate 3-in-1 wireless charger which seemed to offer everything I needed but on day one out of the box it would not fast charge my Apple Watch as advertised. Reported on 20 January it took until 21 February to get a refund despite the 14 day money back guarantee and every step of the way I had to email & phone to prompt the next stage in the process. I did get answers to emails and the people I spoke to were pleasant but things just did not happen unless you chased. Maybe they just don't have enough UK staff?
Matrix+ power bank car kit
I purchased the Matrix+ power bank and car mount. The product is unique in that it allows you to charge your phone completely wirelessly in your car. I charge the power bank in my house - so there are no wires at all in the car. However you do have the option to charge the power bank (and therefore your phone) from the car's 12v socket if needed.
The product itself is of the highest quality. This is a premium product.
I also sent a query to Alogic before my purchase, and the Alogic team were very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend and a pleasure to deal with.
Abysmal Customer Service - AVOID.
This company has absolutely NO customer services processes. They are next to impossible to contact to arrange returns and refunds, and when they finally acknowledge and accept that a return or refund is due, you have to constantly chase.
This company does not have any respect for your Consumer Rights and you should avoid it like the plague.
(I will be writing to Shopify and recommending that they suspend their service)
Ordered this a few 2 weeks ago
Ordered this a few 2 weeks ago, was looking forward to using it on travel at the end of Jan, but no word from them at all.
When I emailed, I was told they have a back order and may be ready by mid February.
They should have told us that on the website at the time of order, not after taking the payment
Roam 3 in 1 charger…
I have purchased a 3 in 1 charger however on the first day it seld it was not charging all 3 devices at a time as mentioned in portal. It is a effective piece and I have tried to reach them multue times for support but no response. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend any product from this company. Purchase at your own risk.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ALL
I purchased a Lift 4-in-1 MagSafe Compatible Wireless Charging 100000mAh Power Bank and 30W Rapid Power Mini Charger on October 13. It arrived on October 16 and I tried to charge and test it. The product would not charge. I advised the company and they agreed to take it back. Because it took them more time than normal to process my refund, they apologized and offered to send me another product at no charge.i had originally written a negative review but i take that back and can clearly state that while this company’s customer service can become strained from time to time, they know how to make things right for their customers.
Gute Protukte - Schlechter Kundenservice / Good products - Poor customer service
I have ordered three monitors from Clarity Pro Touch 27’ UHD 4K monitor with 65 W PD, webcam and touchscreen as well as other accessories from the company in two orders. One of the three monitors has an obvious hardware defect and cannot be used.
The products meet my expectations and fulfil their purpose. However, the service is very poor when I make a complaint. The entire communication now amounts to a total of 26 emails (in the period from 26/10/2024 to 07/11/2024) between me and ALOGIC customer service as well as 4 letters that they received by post (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt). As customer service is currently not communicating any further regarding the defective monitor and has not responded since 5 November 2024, I will now have the entire process reviewed by a lawyer.
Responsive Support After Delivery Delay
I had an issue with a very delayed delivery due to the delivery partner, which was frustrating. However, Alogic's support team was responsive and helped resolve the situation, including a compensation for the inconvenience. While it wasn’t the smoothest experience, I appreciated their efforts to make things right in the end.
27” Clarity Monitor with broken warranty seal
I bought the 27” Clarity monitor with great anticipation after reading positive reviews about the monitor, but they’ve sent me a monitor with a broken warranty seal. I took it as an honest mistake, and they organised for a replacement which arrived today but that monitor had a broken warranty seal as well!
I bought the monitor for an urgent design project and it’s going to be 3-4 weeks before I can finally use the monitor if they get it right for the third time..
Update: I changed my rating to 3 starts from 1 after finally receiving a monitor with an intact warranty seal for the third try. The monitor is actually amazing, can’t say it’s a huge difference from my Macbook Pro’s XDR display so it’s well worth the money.
Second update: Used the third monitor for a week until it developed a dead pixel. Customer service was actually really helpful and received a full refund.
In conclusion, I think I just got very unlucky with this whole kerfuffle and decided not to give it a fourth try. The actual monitor is great when not faulty, hence I've not changed the rating.
ALOGIC 4 IN 1 MAGSAFE 10000mAh Power Bank
Travelling overseas recently this amazing power bank saved the day on many occasions. As I was taking photos, looking at maps apps, booking tickets, reviewing photos taken etc all day while travelling, my Apple 14 pro screen was constantly on at full screen brightness outside which drained my phone’s battery (which had already aged to about 89% of its original capacity).
The ALOGIC 4-in-1 MagSafe power bank was able to fill my phone completely at least twice and got me through our 7 hour days taking hundreds of photos. In buses or while in airports I was also able to charge my IPad Pro (using a cable) and of course could also charge my Apple Watch at the same time as my phone when needed.
This power bank is rounded on the back so it’s quite ergonomic and comfortable to continue using my phone while it’s charging despite the added weight (225g/7.95oz).
Conveniently, you can plug this power bank in to charge using its USB-C port while you have other devices charging that are attached to its USB-A port, the MagSafe point or the Apple watch charger. Once your device/s are fully charged, the power bank then continues to charge.
The ALOGIC power bank has indicator lights on it to indicate when the device is powered on, when a device is attached and being charged by the power bank and also the remaining charge left in the power bank.
The power bank and any magnetically attached devices do get quite warm when charging however this seems to be quite normal with all wireless chargers I have used so this was not concerning for me.
The ALOGIC 4-in-1 power bank also ships with a stick-on magnetic ring so you can transform any older phone with wireless charging capability into a MagSafe compatible phone. A measurement guide is also provided to ensure precise positioning of this magnetic ring for a large range of smartphone makes/models.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend the ALOGIC 4-in-1 MagSafe compatible power bank especially for people who also own Apple Watches.

Cood quality and fast delivery
Great product but UK distribution company could be a bit better
I purchased a 32 inch touchscreen monitor, a stand and stylus from this company. In the UK I’m pretty sure it’s probably run by one or two people as a distribution service for Alogic, although I can’t be sure about that. Consequently the customer service isn’t great at communications and may take several days to get back to you. however, in terms of the product I received the monitor was excellent. One of the stands that they sent me had been damaged in transit and once they received that back they sent me another to replace it. Also when I got the monitor I did think that they should have a read me booklet put at the top because there were certain things that had to be done in order to make it work properly with the Mac, I realise that reading the manual should be a prerequisite but a very small booklet would have solved the initial problems. These were mainly the monitor was set up in a low brightness mode so changing the mode wasn’t something I thought I had to do immediately but once I did the brightness was more than adequate. The other was regarding using a stylus with a Mac which requires installing a driver and for most people who use a Mac that isn’t something we normally have to do
I’ve given it five stars because the product was so good, however I do think that things could be improved with the UK company. However as far as my experience went I was pretty happy overall.
Great quality
I was recently gifted the Lift 4-in-1 MagSafe Compatible Wireless Charging 10,000mAh Power Bank and its been amazing. I work driving boats for construction projects, so spend a lot of time waiting around, so I often watch TV shows/films or play games on my phone to kill the time, however of course this was limited to my battery life.
The charger itself has a huge capacity so my phone can last a good couple of days, previously I had several much smaller power banks and they were never really up to the job. The stand is really sturdy and super usefull, its a good weight so I can stick it on the dash of the boat and its going no where. I use an cheaper android phone when Im working just incase it gets damaged so the included mag ring is a nice touch (though I do wish products like this were advertsied at a wider market, not just as an Iphone designer product).
Poor Mans Apple Display
Answer to Apple's expensive monitors, for the cost you pay you exceptional design and performance. Bought their Clarity touch monitor, was having issues with the stylus, sent the support team a msg and they replied back same day with precise instructions which when followed resolved the issue of stylus not working. Great price, Great Product, Great Support.. Seems like makings of a great brand...
Horrible experience!
I bought the Matrix Ultimate Charger. Wanted to return the product as the quality is cheap and flimsy.
They never replied to my messages and the return policy doesn't allow returns on items that have been opened. Horrible company, would not recommend at all!
Poor products and an even poorer customer service - avoid!
I was made aware of Alogic through an Instagram advertisement. The ad looked very enticing, and their products looked sleek and professional. They were also having a 20% sale, as it was the Christmas period at the time, and I was looking for an upgrade to my two-monitor setup at home. So, with giddy excitement at this potential saving, I placed my order.
Unfortunately, I should have checked them out on Trustpilot first...
I received my order within a few days via DHL, and was keen to set up my two new CLARITY 27" UHD 4K Monitors. To my utter disappointment, the colours were not nearly as vivid and crisp as advertised, and when running my PS5 through the screen, they were visibly washed out and pale. Also, the screens are reflective rather than matte, which made this even worse.
Alas, I needed to return them... and if I took you through the entire process, this review would become an essay. Let's just say that after 7 phone calls, 3 emails (they never responded to any of my emails!) and one live chat session, I finally got my money back after a *painstaking* process that took a whole month after my original order date! The customer service team are wildly incompetent and (based on my telephone conversations with them) clearly not based in the UK, as their website states.
Long story short, if you've never heard of this company before, there's a good reason for that, and you should avoid them at all costs!
Dissappointment
Dissappointment. They respond, but they don't act at all. Firstly, the return process for a buggy docking station, promised over 4 weeks ago, remains uninitiated. Secondly, reimbursement for import duty/tax, which was confirmed several times, but never actioned, has left me out of pocket. Broken promises and a complete lack of action. Avoid them!!
Avoid This Company
They refuse to give me a refund ($900 CAD) after receiving a defective monitor.
I've been told now on multiple occasion's that a refund is being processed and shipping label sent but continue to get the run around with no real reason for the delay.
I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to open a dispute.
I would avoid this company at all costs.
