Would avoid buying from this company

Would avoid buying from this company. Bought a touchscreen monitor and a docking station. The return policy is awful and surely illegal, they don't accept returns. The monitor does not work as expected, if you're using a pen, it doesn't "undetect" your hand, so you have to hover over the monitor. You can see this in their product photos and videos as well. The docking stations are alright, but to be honest, there are better options out there.

Review of Homebase

Just shop at Amazon instead...

Ordered 4 "Outsunny Wooden Raised Planter Bed Stand". We built the first one fine, but 3 of them came with completely wrong and broken parts. I understand this is from a third party supplier but the response from Homebase is just diabolical.

Customer service takes a few hours to respond, even though we provided evidence, they wouldn't just give us a refund. It's taken 3 days with 20+ back and forth messages for them finally agree to send us replacements.

The amount of time and stress of dealing with this is just not worth it. Will never shop there again after this.

Don't waste your money, MUST READ!

TLDR (DO NOT USE):
- They send you individual labourers who aren't trained to handle objects.
- Crazy fee
- Abysmal insurance payout

I used AnyVan for a move from London to Manchester, which is about a 5 hours drive. The price was £1700 but the issue is, they just "provided" me with individual Labourers who have no association with AnyVan except get paid by them. Think of AnyVan as a recruitment company, you aren't associated with the recruiter, but they connect you with employers. You can easily find Man & Van who would be willing to do the job for around 25% the price, which means AnyVan is putting an insane fee on top.

Additionally, as the labourers aren't trained, they took WAY TOO long to load/offload and my wife and I ended up having to help with the full loading and unloading.

You'd think with such a fee, there would be decent insurance provided for a peace of mind. But unfortuately that's not the case. A few products got damaged during transit, and during the claiming process, the max they would pay out is £45.

Honestly at that price, I was expecting AnyVan to provide decently trained professionals who know how to handle products.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF SPACE, TIME AND MONEY. FIND INDIVIDUAL MAN & VAN INSTEAD.

I've purchased over a doze of heat…

I've purchased over a doze of heat boxes and everytime I'm always surprised by the products in them. What's great about Heat for me is you can tell them what brands you like/don't like so you know what you could expect from your favourite brands.

Took money out and never received anything

I'm changing my review as I've just received the product. It said I'd receive it by the 6th, but note that it is new year and also there's a post strike so I don't want to blame OTA for the delay. The quality is actually very good. The material is much more sturdy than Calvin Klein and the fit is also decent.

During your registration it is stated that you create a monthly membership. You agree with the monthly debit by verifying your payment details. All is summed up before you add your payment details and we confirm all details by e-mail. You can read how ON THAT ASS works here.

You receive the first pair for free within 7 days. Now you have a trial period of 14 days in total. Shipping is 7 days, which leaves you with another 7 days to try out your boxer shorts. Are you not completely happy with testing your boxer shorts in these 7 test days? No problem, you can cancel the membership with immediate effect. After trial period, we take a month's notice.

In the membership we always debit one month in advance.
The debit of the 27th is for the boxer shorts of the following month. Did we debit your account around the 27th? Then you can expect your corresponding boxer shorts in your mailbox between the 17th and the 23rd of the following month.

Exactly what it says on the box

I've ordered 3 boxes now with Heat and every single one of them has been amazing. Now you might not get exactly what you want in the boxes, but in general each box has something that is extremely good and worth the price.
For me, I use them more as a personal shopper, to refresh my wardrobe. There's just too many choices out there and HEAT picks you something HOT that you can be more bold about with your style.
If you're unsure, I'd recommend just getting the £300 box to trial it out. There'll definitely be something decent, but if not, you can always return it or sell it on vinted/ebay.

I gave specific instruction but was ignored

I gave specific instructions on what the do with the delivery and NOT to give to post room during black Friday, as it's a high value item and I don't want it to go missing with such an insane amount of parcels coming in. The instruction was obviously ignored by the driver.

Great for discovering new things your dog might like

One of the stressful things about having a dog is finding new things that he/she might like. It's good that wufwuf sends a few different items each month to see if your dog likes it.

I was initially worry that Pluto, my dog, might not like the fluffy toy, but I was thinking from a human's perspective, he loves it, but only to devour it.

The only negative is that the suction cup doesn't work very well, unless it's against something ultra smooth like glass.

Good customer service & Quick delivery

Good customer service & Quick delivery

My dog almost instantly gave up all his old food and only ate the products from tails, we still have to transition slowly though as we gave him a bit more quicker but ended up having bad poo poo. The portion size is very different to other brands so make sure you follow their guidance so your dog don't get too fat.
