Abysmal Customer Service - AVOID.

This company has absolutely NO customer services processes. They are next to impossible to contact to arrange returns and refunds, and when they finally acknowledge and accept that a return or refund is due, you have to constantly chase.

This company does not have any respect for your Consumer Rights and you should avoid it like the plague.

(I will be writing to Shopify and recommending that they suspend their service)

It's okay but has limitations

It's okay. But, only download as a PDF (or plain text - what's the point!!) when not all ATS systems can scan PDF, it needs a Word format download option to increase ability to edit (see below).

Secondly, it's restrictive in formatting, for example your LinkedIn address maybe spread over 2 lines with a totally random line break, and you have no option to alter the width of the field so it displays on one line as a link.

No idea why anyone would want to subscribe to this. It does seem geared towards inexperienced applicants who can fit their limited experiences on one page.

Zero Online service or support.

With an app which has precisely ZERO functionality to submit meter readings, etc. but just informs you that your "switch is in progress" one year on from switching from SSE; and, with a website that just says "Oops! Something went wrong" but does absolutely nothing else - what is the point of this company?!???

SSE were bad, but OVO are ridiculous.

You've had over a year since merging SSE, no excuses, fix your services.

I hope you have a printer?!!?

Having to print a returns label just to help you manage your warehouse! How many homes have a printer these days?? Use a QR code please.

I will never use your services again because of this.

Avoid this company.

When providing the exact specification of the golf bag I was arranging to transport, the agreed price went from £42 to £277, a 650% increase. The cancellation term then threatened is £25 cancellation fee (for a service booked over one month in advance) and 10 days to process the refund.

I don't believe this company legitimately follows consumer standards.

Poor Customer Service

When there is an issue with the delivery from the courier company, Myprotein customer services processes are not helpful. They are happy to accept your order and your payment electronically, but, if you're chasing your missing items they require a written, signed statement from you. Not an equitable situation between seller and buyer. I do NOT recommend this company.

Extremely expensive "European Roaming"…

They advertise "European Roaming" tariffs at reasonable rates, you need to note that this is not Europe wide. They charged £5.22/MByte (that's MEGAByte not Gigabyte ... i.e. about 2 minutes on google maps) for data. 8 Mbytes for £42, within a European country not listed under their "European Roaming" tariff.

Just let that sink in, that's over £5000 for a Gigabyte of data.

Complete rip-off, and, false advertising, it's not European. Service provider is not suitable for international travellers.

Beware of charges

Beware of charges! If you need to cancel a flight this will cost you €80 each way, plus you will have to call them on a premium rate telephone service to do this, which is like saying "screw you". Great money-making scheme when you know they will re-sell your seat anyway.

Surprise Charges - Extortionate Data Charges

Vodafone have extremely weak systems, it's recommended that you always check your bill and query it as you are quite likely being overcharged. They randomly warn you if you are exceeding data limits, only sometimes offering you the opportunity to buy new data packages. If you don't get these warnings then the responsibility is on you to monitor your usage, and if you don't, you will get a very nasty surprise. Their excess data charges are criminal.

The only good thing is their roaming (data and calls), other than that it's hard to see how they can claim to be a leader in service availability and performance, their 4G is less available than others and does seem to operate considerably slower than other providers I've used in UK and abroad.

Recommend you look at alternative providers.
