I've had a very positive experience using Draft2Digital. I got into a bit of an issue with Neilsen the ISBN company, and Amazon. Eda, the customer support person at Draft2Digital, went the extra mile to get things sorted. As for setting up books on the platform, I found it pretty straightforward. Before believing the bad reviews on here, it might be worth bearing in mind how many people use the platform happily.

I purchased a 32 inch touchscreen monitor, a stand and stylus from this company. In the UK I’m pretty sure it’s probably run by one or two people as a distribution service for Alogic, although I can’t be sure about that. Consequently the customer service isn’t great at communications and may take several days to get back to you. however, in terms of the product I received the monitor was excellent. One of the stands that they sent me had been damaged in transit and once they received that back they sent me another to replace it. Also when I got the monitor I did think that they should have a read me booklet put at the top because there were certain things that had to be done in order to make it work properly with the Mac, I realise that reading the manual should be a prerequisite but a very small booklet would have solved the initial problems. These were mainly the monitor was set up in a low brightness mode so changing the mode wasn’t something I thought I had to do immediately but once I did the brightness was more than adequate. The other was regarding using a stylus with a Mac which requires installing a driver and for most people who use a Mac that isn’t something we normally have to do 

I’ve given it five stars because the product was so good, however I do think that things could be improved with the UK company. However as far as my experience went I was pretty happy overall.  

I bought a keyboard from this company on eBay. The keyboard wasn’t quite what I wanted, but they were very quick to allow me to swap it for another one. Excellent customer services and both products were in excellent condition and packed really well. Very impressed and I can highly recommend them.

I Ordered the EXECUTIVE (1250gm Carpet) Charcoal Grey Carpet with Trim Colour
Blue / Black Stripe. But the next day I messaged to ask if the trim could be changed to Blue Pre-Stitch. I got a reply soon after saying, "That's no problem at all, I have updated the trim option on the order for you." And sure enough, a week or so later, the mats were delivered and were even better than expected. I couldn't be happier with both the product and customer service.

Great products and service, definitely would recommend. Sometimes it’s worth checking prices on Amazon to see if they’re a bit cheaper than the website, and sometimes it’s worth doing it the other way round as well. 

I had brought some outside, fairy lights for my garden and got cover for them via Amazon. A year later they have stopped working properly so I made a claim. A couple of days later I got an email and a text saying my claim had been successful and the payment was ready to be made. I went to the website put in my bank details and if the money goes through, it was a very painless experience.

It all went well for me… So far :-)

They did the delivery much quicker than I thought they would. The guys who did the delivery eerr good, polite, and friendly.

I think it’s probably worth preparing for the ETAs taking longer than first approximated, so don’t take the tracking times too literally…

All in all a good experience and would definitely use them again.

Used Worktop Express for the first time last week. Excellent product, service and delivery.

This is the second time that I have used ideal heating’s out of warranty service. While it might be quite expensive at least you get to pay it over six months and you are covered for further issues during that time. also, the Customer Services was really good when they dealt with my issue.

I've used Ideal's out-of-warranty repair package before. It helps spread out the cost and gives peace of mind in case anything else comes up for the next 6 months. Make sure you set a reminder to cancel it, otherwise you may face further ongoing costs, even if they do send you a warning email.

This time around, having informed the person dealing with my case that I had some extenuating circumstances, he did everything possible to get me an engineer sooner, which I was very grateful for.

So, yes, I can definitely recommend Ideal Heating.

I bought two locks from Waferlock. Both were rated at IP68 which beats most other available ones on the market for durability. As for the company, they've been around for a long time and seem to care about their customers. They helped me out when I needed it, and were very friendly. Might be worth keeping in mind that due to the time difference there may be a few hours delay in replying to emails. All in all an excellent experience.

Ordered a topper from Simba. It came a few days later. The delivery man brought it upstairs, unpacked it and helped put it on my bed.
The Topper feels great and on every level, Simba provided a great service and a wonderful product. Thank you.

I bought some flooring from Easy Step Flooring in 2015 and was very impressed. I came back to them recently to buy some more. Yet again great flooring, prices, quick delivery and service.

One thing to bear in mind is the delivery is kerbside, so if that’s going to be a problem maybe discuss it with the company before placing your order.

Anyway, I can thoroughly recommend this company and especially love their solid oak flooring and prices.

Bought a smart lock from this company, it has been delivered in a couple of days and got excellent service from Matt who helped me work out what kind of look I needed for the kind of door I have. All good.

I only ordered a sample but it came through really quickly and was very, very well packed. So for me it was an excellent experience dealing with this company.

I bought Architect 3D Ultimate for the Mac but it didn't do what I needed it to do, so, asked for a refund via their live chat and it was issued straight away.

I think their ticket support system might be a bit slow at times so if you have any issues try the live chat.

The engineer messaged me the night before to let me know what kind of time he would be coming. Then the following day he gave me good warning about when he would be arriving. Once here he got on with the job very professionally and was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this service especially as the one I chose allowed me to pay it off over a six month period, so not only was the repair done but if anything else goes wrong during the next six months I’ll be covered.
