Do not shop with this site call Alex Superstore because y’all are scammers. You cannot get in contact with your customer service because you want answer the phone. Your product sucks and I pray BBB catches up with this company. This not what I ordered.

My husband ordered front seat covers for his 2012 Toyota Tundra. Once his package arrived he unpacked it (shipped from China) & discovered they were the wrong color & the 2 of us tried as hard as we could but the covers would not fit the seats. Called the numbers for this disgraceful company & got voice mail. No return phone call. Send an email to support. No response. So we eat $220 and this scam of a company continues to bilk everyone who orders from them.

I am so disgusted. Received seat covers and they are too small. They offered a 10 percent refund on my order and 20 percent discount on next order. I have been continuing to argue over email. No phone call, no number to call, no real name of a person. Then continued. They then offered me a 20 percent refund, then 30 percent refund. Now 100 percent refund but need to pay s&h myself from CA to TX and then they will check once received and i doubt I would get refund. I’m out about $300. I contacted Seven on Your Side. Waiting to hear from them.

Ordered a set of front seat covers for my 06 Chevy Silverado. Upper seat would not fit no where to put seat belts through cover. The bottoms are so small they hardly fit. Apparently one size fits all, so even when you order what is suppose to work it's a joke. Utterly discussed, don't get ripped off like I did!!!!!

I ordered a product from them in August 2023 and still havent received it. I have reached out to them several times now with no resolve. They are a scam.

This company sent me a damaged product and told me "be happy it fits". They do not follow their own company policies. Stay away.

It's a scam. I needed the paint urgently and I regret not reading the reviews. I've paid for next day delivery and never received my order. It's been 5 days already. I contact the customer service and haven't received the response.

Originally found website via link on Amazon (looking for a large gauge watering can attachment of all things) and ended up ordering a few other items directly from company and selected normal delivery (hadn’t ordered anything heavy or bulky). Got an email acknowledgment advising order received and to expect an update once dispatched. Waited a few days but no email so looked the company up and reading the reviews expected the worst! Emailed them to ask when to expect delivery and the same day got an email from DHL to say they had got my order. Delivery made on time and all ordered items included and genuine. No issues with additional postage. Obviously others haven’t had the same experience but I would order from them again.

Dreadful company! Didn't send item. Had to email daily and threaten legal action before they refunded.

Order sent, acknowledged, then ignored, despite me sending them an email and calling over a month later. Had to get my bank to refund the amount to my credit card.

If I could leave a review of 0 I would.

Diabolical customer service, do not pay for next business day delivery, you’ll not get it! Had to collect my parcel from DHL depot and they did not refund the £7.99 next business day delivery fee.

Back & forth for months.

Absolute joke of a company.

I ordered 3 tins of paint, an extendable roller and a paintbrush, because the prices seemed good and they had the colours I wanted. After placing my order I saw these reviews and was filled with regret! I called the shop to check if I’d paid enough postage, a nice gentleman on the other end said I hadn’t but that they’d call me on Monday (this was Friday late afternoon) to arrange this. I honestly didn’t expect a resolution after reading these reviews! But a very understanding lady called me on Monday, and explained that their website gives all the payment options, not just the correct one for your order, and I’d need to pay about £13 extra. I thought it was all getting a bit expensive and probably cheaper for me to find some supplies locally instead, she agreed and said a refund would be arranged. Again, I didn’t think this would actually happen given the reviews here, but the next day I got an email to say that my order status had been changed to Cancelled, and today (Thursday) the money is all back in my account.
They clearly have issues with the postage payment section of their website but it seems to me they’re able to resolve this and seemed happy to help.

I ordered oak flooring from the store. I had made an error on the postage and Alex rang to get this corrected he was very helpful and resolved the issue. The items were delivered the next day and arrived all in good order. In a nutshell I would like to thank them for being polite, correcting the issue and expediting my order.Very efficient well done.

Ordered 5 tins of paint. After a couple weeks of no order I emailed asking for an update and received an email asking me to call. I called them and was told that the price I paid for postage was not enough for 5 tins but enough for 4, so he could just send me 4. He sent the 4 but never amended the invoice to reflect the fact I never got 5 tins. I called to ask him to amend this and was shouted at very aggressively. All emails I’ve sent since have been ignored, AVOID at all costs as they will take your money and scam you!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - GOODS NOT RECEIVED AND THEY NEVER REPLY.

Rejected a delivery as not the right colour (1st world problem!!). When I 'phoned they were helpful, repaid credit card immediately and so we re-ordered!

There is a lot of negative comments on here. Which doesn't look good I admit. But I had no problem at all with my order. I spoke with a gentleman from Alex superstore, he was happy to help with my order. He explained when he was sending the item, even emailed me. Then the delivery was fast and quality looks great. Will buy again. John

Be careful of this company they are"Alex Shanks and sons ltd" of Unit 2B, 2 Hagmill Crescent, East Shawhead Enterprise Park, Coatbridge ML5 4NS but use the web domain of Alexsuperstore.com

Alexander superstore ltd, company No.SC546381 was dissolved in 2020, the company Alex Shanks & sons ltd, company No.SC531074 is still active so they are still using the webpage of the dissolved company, which is fair enough and I did wonder if their lack of response to emails might have been an issue with that, but really doubt that.

Unfortunately I am currently experiencing the very same problem that others have mentioned on here, I would agree with the warning to other people not to buy from this company and if you have to issue legal proceedings against this company (which is seeming more likely) make sure it is against the correct company and the director Alexander Frances Shanks, because Alexsuperstore Ltd has been dissolve, Alex Shanks & Son ltd should be on any legal paperwork.
I am currently at the position where I am having to seriously consider taking said court proceedings against this company in the small claims court. As already mentioned I have had no replies to any of my correspondence so far.
I've reported them to trading standards.

I would give a zero rating for this company if I could. I ordered paint last Tuesday and it should have been with me within 3 days, Its not arrived! Contacted the company and spoke to a very, very rude man. Was told I had not paid enough money for delivery within 3 days and that I had paid for it to be delivered first class by the post office who do not deliver paint as its too heavy?! Asked to cancel the order and for him to confirm in an email it I had been cancelled. He said it would take 5 days to receive an email and refund. Luckily I paid through Klarna so no actual money has gone out of my account.Contacted Klarna and cancelled the order with them. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Order given. No item arrived. No response to mails and no refund given. Awful. Out of pocket and really distressed
