There is a lot of negative comments on here. Which doesn't look good I admit. But I had no problem at all with my order. I spoke with a gentleman from Alex superstore, he was happy to help with my order. He explained when he was sending the item, even emailed me. Then the delivery was fast and quality looks great. I have sent two emails now. And numerous people who live on the precinct. There are shops there which has a car park that provides parking to all the shops. The car park is terrible. Its literally falling apart. Pot holes, loose gravel, etc. Which is a accident ready to happen. People falling over cars sliding. Someone will sue. Its a ticking time bomb. Unfortunately you own the car park. As council said they have nothing to do with it. Wasn't asking you to pay for a resurfacing. Was asking you to send a letter to the owned property's on the precinct to contribute towards a resurface. This is a serious issue.

I recieved some flowers today. For a special birthday for the girlfriend. She opened the box to what I can only describe as a slack handful of flowers. Which have been damaged due to oversize box with no packaging inside. Also nothing like the photo on the website. Just been told by customer service to take photo in 5days. Its my girlfriend birthday today not 5days later. Also for £29.99 i have brought better flowers In tesco. This is a service for a customers rights of purchase. Disgusting. I will only be happy if I get a refund or another set of flowers sent out. That I can say is worth the value. I do not complain alot about anything. But I can honestly say hands down. It's embarrassing.
