I ordered paint 3 weeks ago. Payment was taken on the day. No paint has arrived, no-one answers calls and emails are not returned. Do not use this company.

Awful company.. AVOID!!
Just a scam! Ordered fence paint weeks and weeks ago... nothing has arrived and no reply to any of my emails. They just take your money

If it would let you give 0 stars I would!

This company is a scam, takes more orders for products than it has stock! Ignores emails, rude on the phone, no refund and no items 5 weeks after ordering! How are they allowed to trade?

Ordered 5 tins of paint online with 1-2 day delivery quoted, a week later nothing arrived. Phoned and told I had not paid enough for delivery so they had not sent and had made no attempt to contact me. Reluctantly paid a further £6 (taking delivery charge to £12).

2 days later, 3 tins paint arrived. No mention of items to follow and packing list clearly showed 5 tins. Emailed, no reply. Called a week later and run out of stock so on back order. Now been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery!

When I have spoken to them on the phone, they are rude and unhelpful. Prices aren't that competitive and only used as site showed it as in stock and wanted it quickly!

11 days ago I ordered a besom broom. Delivery was stated as 3-5 days. So far no delivery, no reply to 2 emails and the phone is unanswered.
I will be cancelling my credit card charge.
What a complete and utter waste of time!

Purchased a pizza stone online. Almost 4 weeks later and no delivery. Received an email immediately to inform me the order was successful and payment received- but nothing since. 3 weeks later I phoned eventually getting a reply on day 3. Apparently I was emailed to notify of a delay. I checked my emails and junk and no such email received. I pointed out the many poor reviews from people with the same experience, but the reply was ‘we have many happy customers’.
I requested a refund- to be told Id have to email them. They refused to email me to confirm that there was a delay in the product so I could reply to that email trail.
I emailed them on Tuesday to request a refund- but no refund and no email in reply. (Its now Saturday). I have sent a further email as they clearly do not staff their phones- and demanded the refund. Time to warn others not to use them.

Terrible, terrible customer service. DO NOT buy anything from here. The item I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it was damaged. They never return your calls/ emails and I’m still chasing my refund, they’ve even asked me to store the item for over 4 weeks now so it can be collected. They got 1 star because I can’t give 0

Very poor customer service and communication.
I was forced to go to credit card company for redress having waited over a week for the promised refund - on top of the 6 weeks waiting for dispatch note/delivery with them constantly kicking the can down the road blaming courier issues.
