If I could give a zero star I would. Was stupid enough to order before looking at the trust pilot reviews. Paid a ridiculous amount in postage. Completely false advertising, when we rang to question it they had absolutely no answer but also no refund - absolutely shocking, I cannot believe they are still trading

I ordered some items on the 6th August that should of arrived within a few days, as they had not arrived by the 3rd of September I contacted them.

I was told there was a delay in them receiving the stock and they would be with me the following week - but they never turned up.

They have stopped responding to me emails requesting a refund and I am forced to try and get my money back via my credit card.

I wished I had checked their rating here before ordering, but found them via a search for a product I wanted.

Superb service and great prices. Order 11pm on Wednesday and order was delivered today, Friday morning. Cannot ask for any better service. Will use again.

very bad experiece: they took £ 186.59 from me for supplying an hydraulic log splitter and disappeared, simply no communication after loads of emails and calls. It's a fraud. Will act accordingly.

Unfortunately I ordered before reading all the reviews! I have only received half my order and after emails and phone calls had the same issue as everyone else! I'm sure these guys will not last long as they seem to be doing this to a lot of people!

Scam! No item, no refund, no contact! Avoid this shop!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Items arrived but many of them were damaged to the point of being unusable. I have sent several emails to their customer service attaching photographs with no response at all.

Further to my earlier 1-star (unfortunately no 'zero' star option) by way of update: Repeated attempts to contact by phone to only get the usual 'Message inbox is full' response and no reply to repeated emails I issued recovery proceedings yesterday in the Hamilton Sheriff Court to recover my payment and costs. This is going to be interesting!

I ordered a pot of Ronseal Tudor Black Oak with Alex S as there was not a single pot anywhere near to me in East Sussex - I was concerned about the reviews, but only saw these after I ordered, so I called to make sure things were okay with the order.
The man I spoke to was very helpful and to my delight the paint arrived within 24 hours, well in advance of the due arrival date; thank you Alex Superstore, amazing service.

I would give 0 stars if I could... The company is a scam. Takes the money but doesn't deliver. Sham I hadn't read the Trustpilot before the purchase. Disgusting practice!! AVOID!

Didn't get all the items I ordered...

I have ordered 3 Ronseal. Fence paint and paid for next day delivery, I have emailed them 3 times and got no reply, I have also phoned them and all I keep getting is that their message box is full.
I hate being scammed, but after reading some of the reviews on here I think I have.
My only saving grace is that I paid with a credit card, so my next step is to contact them and see if they can get my money back.

I've been scammed out of £20.05. I order three seed trays, they have taken the money from my account but I've received no email communications about the order, no confirmation, no delivery notice etc. I have emailed the company but get no response. They are clearly criminals and taking peoples money with no intention of providing them with the item/correct item.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely disgraceful, I ordered two items which both arrived in the same box, one was intact and the other damaged. I have sent three emails with photos attached and still no response. I have called several times, managed to get through once and was told someone would get back to me. They are clearly working as the orders are being sent out. Really bad customer service, at least let me know if I am expected a replacement, refund, or am I expected to return the damaged item.
