Yodel / TNP Group could do with some customer care improvements

Was kept informed of delivery process, but what let the score down was the driver. He was seen throwing packages around in his van (which would unlikely survive intacked if it was a fragile item) and the communications were not easy - the driver spoke little English.

BG are becoming uncompetitive on price…

The are becoming uncompetitive on price compared to other major suppler offering the same service in the market.

Regrettably, I had to renew for 2025 due to poor repair appointment availability when the fault was reported in 2024, but the earliest appointment was in January 2025 - almost 2 weeks.

Providing I am fault free around the renewal time in 2025, I will be changing service providers for 2026.

Bunch or thieves

Bunch or thieves - sent pictures of my car from a camera within Fleet Services in Hampshire. They couldn't confirm which camera were used and where I parked for the alleged time. This is because I was never parked in the service station.

Great Customer Service

I have had the need to order a couple of replacement parts for my Stewart Q series golf trolley. The item were received very promptly as well video instructions on how to make the change.

The service offered by their customer service team were fantastic and would callout to Carlie and Mel who followed up to ensure the replacement parts were fitted ok.

Fast & efficient with great customer…

Fast & efficient with great customer Service.

Clubhouse Golf will price match competitors except those advertising on Amazon and EBay. I found this out after my initial order, but was able to cancel and reorder when competitors (outside of Amazon and Ebay) were adverting the same product for a cheaper price. Well done Clubhouse Golf, and will make want to return to your online store again.

Cushon - a mixed bag.

Things I like about Cushon... it makes savings easy.

The thing I dislike, us that given it is AI driven, their stocks and shares ISA performance has been appalling since 2020.

The cash ISAs are not that great an offering.

Great App. But bad marketing

Great app for buying train tickets. There is one annoying part though that stops higher marks and that is the continual forced marketing of habing a box pop up on every transaction that asks you to invite 3 friends - whilst they offer a small cash incentive, it is annoying and time delaying.

I ordered The Buzz fly catcher refill

I ordered some fly catcher replacement sachets and was meant to be on a 2 day delivery in July. Mid way though August and I am still waiting to hear anything.

Tried ringing the company and the phone number is no longer in existence. Also just looked up on Companies House - Alexsuperstore has dissolved on 30 March 2020. The registration was SC546381

I have the Jacamo App and an account, however I detest any notification about offers and promotions.

I have turned all notifications off from Jacamo on the app, the phone and web account. Yet they sit come through.

Next stop will be to put in a legal complaint unless they stop this spamming

Was kept informed through the breakdown and the engineer was helpful on arrival.

This would normally warrant a good review, but unfortunately it took 6 hours for the engineer to arrive after calling RAC.

Tech in the Basket website

I read these reviews after i had ordered a smartwatch and wondered if i had done the rightthing. OK, the item took a week to arrive, and i do not know where in the world it came from, but was delivered by Royal Mail from Manchesteer. The smartwatch was new and in a sealed box, so i cannot comment on the reviews that said packages had been opened and sent in plain boxes. I would use this company again.
