Issues all resolved
I ordered 3 tins of paint, an extendable roller and a paintbrush, because the prices seemed good and they had the colours I wanted. After placing my order I saw these reviews and was filled with regret! I called the shop to check if I’d paid enough postage, a nice gentleman on the other end said I hadn’t but that they’d call me on Monday (this was Friday late afternoon) to arrange this. I honestly didn’t expect a resolution after reading these reviews! But a very understanding lady called me on Monday, and explained that their website gives all the payment options, not just the correct one for your order, and I’d need to pay about £13 extra. I thought it was all getting a bit expensive and probably cheaper for me to find some supplies locally instead, she agreed and said a refund would be arranged. Again, I didn’t think this would actually happen given the reviews here, but the next day I got an email to say that my order status had been changed to Cancelled, and today (Thursday) the money is all back in my account.
They clearly have issues with the postage payment section of their website but it seems to me they’re able to resolve this and seemed happy to help.
