We moved house, told them but they didn’t change anything and put on our credit report that we missed two payments even though we paid everything back. Now we have gone from £30 for water and £30 for sewage up to £70 for each?? How??? It’s water!!!! And now the water tastes awful so we can’t drink it without filtering it!

Appalling. They have been out 3 times now and still not fixed my boiler. They have lied about calling out on Monday and I have been left without heating or hot water now for 3 weeks. If I could give no stars then I would! 

They were in time..communication was excellent..asking what I prefer with different options..and finished earlier than expected.   Very happy with the installation crew.

Very easy to purchase and wonderful that a recycle bag is included with each purchase!! Thanks for keeping my family safe!

Was mislead by the representative. Was told there was a flag on my account. I called IGS that day and was given a cancellation number. I communicated this to Duke Energy. They told me I was too late. What now?

He was polite and courtesy. He explain all the information. Find good price for me.
