Agent took the time to understand the issue & found other available options 

They were very prompt courteous not rude and did not take more than about 10 minutes they were prompt

We spoke to Derrick who was wonderful and very informative. He described our options and put our minds at ease. Looking forward to working with him “for life”!!  He is an asset to the team and our family and his positivity was infectious

I moved into a new place, 2 weeks later, my power is shut off, I called them, they didn't have my phone attached to my account, I explained I was low on funds, and would pay them when I got paid, he insisted they would not turn my power back on until I made a payment, freaking idiots.

I accidentally picked the wrong due date on the mobile app and called them, spoke to a supervisor to ask them to adjust the due date since it was a simple typo error. They refused to care or fix it and told me I have to wait 12 months before I can pick a new due date again. This is a absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. It was a very simple task. I don't recommend this company to anyone. They definitely do not care about their customers, only the money and they made that very apparent today.

Great company, very open with great follow-up on project timeliness for solar panels. Highly recommend to use this company.

Do not trust ! My experience using this broker has been horrible with no payout . Things were completely different with “”verdictclaim”” . I have decided to forever stick to them

Set up online account, clicked on chat as needed help. Help sorted it. Next day logged on and registered account. All previous bills available to see. Easy to change bank account details and set up dd. Straight forward. Really easy.

Once i signed up, I never received a welcome package or account number.  This happened for 4 different homes that I signed up for service.  I had to use the online chat feature to get the account numbers.  Also, had a terrible experience with their "identity verification" process.
