Once i signed up, I never received a welcome package or account number. This happened for 4 different homes that I signed up for service. I had to use the online chat feature to get the account numbers. Also, had a terrible experience with their "identity verification" process.

I’ve had no communication or updates form your company after signing up. I continue to receive bills from my prior provider at a significantly higher price now that my contact has expired and I still don’t know if you actually set up my account or just lost my order.

I subscribed to a 3 month plan to try your company out. I was disappointed. First, you said my plan date would expire after 2 months instead of 3. I called customer service. The person I spoke to wasn't very intelligent. He couldn't figure out when the end of 3 months would be! Finally, we got that straightened out. Later, I had to call customer service again because the ending date of my contract went back to the 2 month date. Again, customer service had a hard time with math figuring out when 3 months would end. FINALLY, it was straightened out. Other than customer service, the actual electric service and billing were fine;

I have been with constellation for 15 years. I stay with them because they don’t go up all the time like electric companies do. They’re pretty fair on pricing per kilowatt and when you call to talk to someone at constellation, they have not been rude. They have been kind and help with your problem if you have one or question.
I have been with Constellation for sometime now. Customer Service is really good and their rates are very competitive.
A very happy customer! I’ve been with Constellation now for many years. I love that they keep me informed of how many kilowatts I have used on a weekly basis. It gives me an idea of how much energy I have used and informed on those days when they are higher. I keep tabs on my account. I appreciate knowing and anticipating what my bill will be each month. By the same manner, I welcome those tips on how to conserve energy and lower my bill.
Service is great, bill arrives in a timely way. There are numerous perks with the service, such as how your ac is functioning.
No problems so far. I once had to call Constellation and got someone on the phone. being able to speak directly to someone is important.

This is the best electricity company ever. I'm on a fixed income and I try to keep my usage low. Thanks for letting me know about the working of the air conditioner. That really help, if something is not working, Id be able to have it fixed before I began to lose money I can't afford.
