I messed up on putting in the address for the new house and I was taken cared of and was able to get the supposed address switched over on my accoubt

My bill has been almost $250 for two months. I have not had a bill over $200 with Rhythm for over 3 years. The low rates and good service are why I took a chance on Rhythm, and also why I have recommended you to many people.

The experience began poorly. The team claimed they couldn't locate our power meter, despite it being completely unobstructed and clearly visible. It seems likely they simply didn't make the effort to come out and read the meter. This is an extremely disappointing way to begin a relationship with a new customer, and they have not earned our trust or confidence in any way. I'll change this rating if I see a change in behavior.

Satisfied overall. Bills are higher than expected though.

I absolutely love this Energy company. They have saved me many, many dollars over the years. Recently they sent me a smart thermostat to use in my house. Unfortunately it didn’t work and I had to send it back and they haven’t sent me the replacement yet. But I absolutely love that they care about me, cost of electricity ,my use of electricity, and service. I recommend them to everyone that ask me about my electricity bill.

Everything went great

The information on the power to choose page was clear to understand. The price difference between my past service and Rhythm is significant. The hours for customer service seemed good too. Rhythm also communicated well- acknowledging each contact.

Deceptive electricity prices!

They promote electricity plans with low rates, for example, 12c per kWh (fake!), but on the electric bill they add delivery charges and the final electricity cost is 50% higher, 18c per kWh!

Due to being denied without having perfect credit these people wanted 350.00 deposit. I currently have just as good if not better relationship with my current provider and will transfer them over to my new apartment when I move. I as well have in excess of an 800.00 credit with my present carrier who is Green Mountain and is as good if not better than Rythm Energy. I was informed that due to my credit they are unfortunately able to enroll me without paying them 350.00. This was my response to them: "One last item of interest. If the reporting agency played no part in your decision and is unable to supply specific reasons why you were unable to waive the deposit, then why did you even run my credit? Just another way for companies like yourselves to scam money out of people. I deplore your type of infringement on someone's privacy just to get a few bucks more from someone who is actually being penalized due to low credit scores. Any and all companies who practice this type of action are crooks. Why would you charge extra money to someone who shows financial stress or difficulties and put that money in your pocket. It would appear to me you would forward your penalty fee on to the creditor people actually owe if you are so dignified and have any integrity at all. Bottom line is you take advantage of others' credit scores just to line your own pockets. Scammers!"

It was so pleasant and easy to enroll in this company!

Felt like a bait and switch for our energy prices!! Over $500 for an electric bill!?!? Would love to quit this company.
