I love my bike! As many have said, the assembly instructions (and videos) are pretty terrible but you'll figure it out eventually. I got the bike because I live at the top of a sizable hill and it's made my commute much easier (with assist level 2).

Still waiting for 1 part of 2 I order the same day two weeks ago without updating info for delivery.

I received prompt and thorough attention to resolve a software update issue. It necessitated the exchange of numerous emails, all of which were promptly answered. Ultimately, the issue was completely resolved.

Jenson USA was straightforward to buy from. Price was fine and the chainrings arrived without damage. I chose the best for me and it performs well. I will send the other back. My concern and confusion is they are not identical products. Luckily, the 32t fit best. The smaller 30t green ring had a different bolt hole design (bcd as advertised) with no explanation in package or differentiation on the site. Have to call in to get an explanation.

I was very impressed with how well the bike is packaged. Assembly is just the front wheel! Instructions are good. The bike is very well equipped for $999. Competitors do not generally offer suspension at this price.

Spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday, who was mega helpful and knowledgeable. Placed an order on line for a new carburetor - arrived today. Truly impressive.

The bike came very well packaged and free from any shipping damage. Set up was pretty straightforward using the videos and the tools provided. The first problem is with the brake rotor had some bend in it in which makes the bike squeak and not ride smooth at all. Having that squeak really causes me heartburn as my primary use will be to use this for hunting and that greatly increases the noise factor. I’ve tried calling customer support, but there has not been an answer and it goes to a generic leave a message Voicemail.

 Issue number two are the pedals are extremely cheap material and one broke on day two I did upgrade those and that isn’t easy fix from any online vendor.

Overall, the bike is pretty nice, but a few of these issues really impacts the experience making it poor. Hopefully customer service will stop in and help resolve the issue.



I had expected an easy build, but it took about an hour and I needed to pull up videos for the wiring. Once done, the TK Pro rides well and I’ve been commuting short distances with it. Just be ready for some patience during setup.
