Crash Repair Customer Service - PERFECT!

Excellent, attentive and timely customer service from Claire. My son was involved in a small crash on his eBike and it was inoperable. I reached out to Claire at HiBoy Customer Service for assistance. She gave me a list of important pictures and info to submit and then sent the packet to the engineering team so that they could determine exactly what I needed. Once that determination was made she arranged for me to purchase the items and had them shipped directly to me. Reassembly was fairly straightforward and simple. The eBike is working prefectly again. Thanks much, Claire, for your expert assistance.

I highly discourage anyone from buying…

I highly discourage anyone from buying from this company. They sell faulty products and will not provide a resolution. Three parts were needed to fix a common problem with their scooters. After repeatedly contacting the company, asking for a resolution, a representative said I needed to go post a positive review about their company and send a screenshot to get the parts sent to me. I am not willing to lie to get the parts for the low quality product.

Received by order. All is good with item. Slow to arrive. Didn't get mailed out until a week after I ordered it but maybe coming from overseas. Tracking was difficult as it was a delivery company I have never dealt with. Now to see if it works

I bought the S2 for my daughter (12)

I bought the S2 for my daughter (12). We have had it 5 months. It is now making noise, contacted them they have me send a video. Send me back a picture of the front tire to tell me to check the motor connections. NOT telling me it is underneath this thing. I had to watch a video to find it. I am 65 and I can not take this apart. IT is under warranty they should just let me know where to take it. I have emailed them again waiting on their response. I have already contacted the company they sent me picture or a tire on the wheel. They have my email as well.

Nice ride, so far. Assembly is not that complicated. I am big enough that I was able to unbox the scooter. Two people would have been better. ALL the tools needed to assemble come in the box. About an hour to open and set up. Very quick & torque(y) scoot. I'm 200+ and it doesn't mind it at all. Nice for the $.
