I’ve been shopping at Jenson USA for a while now, and every experience has been top-notch. Their customer service is quick and professional — they answer questions clearly and help you find exactly what you need.
This time I ordered MTB components (drivetrain, brakes, and accessories), and everything arrived well-packaged, 100% original, and in perfect condition. Shipping to Puerto Rico was surprisingly fast, less than a week!
Prices are very competitive, sometimes even better than bigger retailers. Overall, Jenson USA is a reliable store with excellent inventory and first-class service. Definitely my go-to shop for bike parts.

2 stars because I did receive what I ordered and it was not damaged. However the customer service emails I sent went ignored completely. The bike was not assembled correctly and I was charged a $100 delivery fee when it was advertised that it was free shipping. I sent multiple emails to customer service asking for clarification and not once got a response. They got my money. I got a poorly assembled bike. Guess it’s fair. But not what I was expecting.

No way to correct orders.
Once you make a purchase there is no way to cancel or correct an item or address mistake. You’re essentially screwed. Returning an item is an inconvenience and it cost me $58.
Front rotor was badly warped
Front rotor was badly warped. You should have caught this in your assembly. I straightened it best I could with rotor straightening tool but it still rubs. May need to replace it.
