Quality built bike with a full-suspension comfortable ride and large computer display with easy to use menu. Only thing lacking is the 750W hub motor and battery, for this weight of bike it should be a 1000W hub motor and larger ah battery for better performance when climbing paved hills.
The packaging was great. The assembly was easy. The fit and finish of the bike was awesome. I even made an assembly video to post. The first ride to learn the ins and outs was very enjoyable.
I liked how Velotric sent me the correct part I needed for a repair.

Purchased the Fold 1 Plus from a dealer who was helpful and knowledgeable. The bike was great from the start and performs as advertised. It's a great ride!
I've added a mirror and alarm lock to complete my purchase and enjoy riding nearly everyday in the Atlanta area. Looking forward to buying another Fold 1 for my wife!

We’ve had several questions about our bikes and registering. They were answered promptly very happy with the customer service. I would only say that I think they need to have better descriptions on their bikes and accessories. For instance, we bought the fold 1 e-bike lite. And wasn’t aware that the Wi-Fi what’s unavailable

The bike was shipped two days after I ordered it. The Fed-Ex shipping was delayed twice but that wasn't velotric's fault.

I love the bike! I purchased the folding 1 lite. Very fast delivery and easy to assemble. My only regret is not purchasing the rack at the same time. I thought I could purchase it at a later time and discovered it has been discontinued. I wish I had been warned.
