I wouldn't buy again if I had the choice.

This is a new company, and has all the little nuance of a new company. They have great ideas, but lack quality control and consistency. I ordered a bike for my wife, and it came and it was great. And so then I ordered a bike for myself and that bike is a piece of junk. The rear hub makes excessive noise and rubs, the bearings go bad. And that's straight out of the box. They replaced the wheel, thankfully, but the new wheel is just as bad as the one that originally came with the bike. It's actually worth it to me to just deal with it than to have to deal with their customer service reps.
Parts fall off of it, and it is all misaligned and assembled incorrectly. I tried to return it but they want $300 just to have me return it. So obviously that's not going to happen. So I'm stuck with this bike that I don't want that I'll never ride. That is a complete piece of junk and now I have to sell it to some third party in hopes to recoup the money lost. Electric bikes are a great idea, but they really miss the mark when it comes to production, quality and consistency. Some customer service is okay, had a couple of really good experiences with their tech reps. But there was one customer service rep who was rude individual and snapped at me a couple of times and I had to get yelly and defensive with that person.
All in All, two stars is appropriate.

Xpedition 2 shipped with faulty 2nd…

Xpedition 2 shipped with faulty 2nd battery connector (not sure what it's called but it's where you insert the battery).

Sent a few pictures they requested and they could see the problem from them and shipped out a replacement right away.

Top notch stuff.

Best customer service in decades

I'm in my late 40s and haven't ridden a bike for decades. Got my new ebike a few weeks ago and put over a 100 miles on it within the first few days. Got clutsy and fell 2x today hard and broke my left brake lever and bent up my front splash guards on front and rear. Called lectric customer service and they sent the parts at no charge, and no questions...all I had to tell them was that I'm a cluts.

Excellent customer service...best I've seen Ive seen in decades.

I was very impressed with how well the bike is packaged. Assembly is just the front wheel! Instructions are good. The bike is very well equipped for $999. Competitors do not generally offer suspension at this price.

My first shipment arrived damaged…

My first shipment arrived damaged before opening so I took photos and refused shipment. Directly calling Lectric customer support, the agent kept stating he didn’t know why I didn’t keep the shipment and open the box. It got mildly argumentative. I believe maybe a supervisor was monitoring the call as the agent eventually processed another order and another bike was sent. All seems good with the second bike, though I’m a little disappointed in “upgrades” like the seat, which is not “deluxe” by any standard. But overall, the bike meets my needs and I’m happy with it.

Too many ads, emails and texts

The two bikes we purchase are excellent. No complaints at all in that regard. The company communicated updates on my order and the delivery very well indeed. I only lower the rating due to the volume of ads, emails and text messages I have received (despite my attempts to block them) that had naught to do with my order. Calm down guys, it starting to be a bit off putting!

The customer service was great!

The customer service was the best I have seen in a long time. My E-bike package came directly to my house. I discovered a flat in the front tire when assembling it and sent an email to the company late that evening. I received a reply early in the morning with an immediate replacement sent to me. I also had issues with the location of where the lock mount was supposed to go, and they came up with an immediate solution for where I am place the lock in an alternate place.
