SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT – €4,000 STOLEN
PlayAmo accepted my deposit, but when I won €4,000 they closed my account and refused to pay. They ignored my valid ID and even my GDPR right to correct personal data. This casino is unfair and unsafe – avoid at all costs.

They just look for excuses to avoid paying winners.

Terrible Experience – Winnings Confiscated

I deposited €430 from my own bank account (no bonuses) and won €4,000. When I tried to withdraw, PlayAmo suddenly closed my account and confiscated my winnings.

At first, they claimed it was because of “restricted countries,” but Germany is not restricted in their Terms and Conditions. Later, they told Casino Guru it was because of a “wrong name” on my account.

The funny thing is, the incorrect name wasn’t intentional — it was a registration mistake I didn’t notice at the time. I even contacted live chat, and they told me it could be corrected. Despite this, they still closed my account and refused to pay.

My deposit came from my real bank account under my correct name, proving I was not trying to cheat. PlayAmo’s inconsistent and unfair treatment shows just look for excuses to avoid paying winners.

PLAYAMO IS BLACKLISTED IN MANY PLATAFORMS


This casino is blacklisted on many platforms for exactly this type of predatory behavior. They accept deposits easily but refuse to pay out legitimate winnings.

Publicly, they pretend to be “deeply concerned” about complaints. In reality, once I contacted them directly, they completely ignored me.

Playamo stole my €4,000 winnings after I deposited €430 and played fairly from Germany — a country not restricted in their own Terms.

This company has been abusing the patience of its customers. I have been waiting for more than two years for them to correct my final bill. Instead of providing accurate calculations, they added an unjustified extra charge of €2,800 — based purely on estimates, not real meter readings.

Alleged violation of country restrictions because my residence is in the Netherlands — even though I was physically in Germany while playing.

They accepted my deposit without issue, allowed me to play freely, and only after my big win did they enforce this “restriction.” I fully cooperated with their verification requests, providing all identity and banking details, but they refused to pay out my winnings.

Now, they’re offering a vague “refund” with no clear amount or timeline. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying legitimate winners.

To add, their Terms and Conditions contradict themselves:
• Their website states VPN use is allowed but may cause connection issues.
• Their official PDF terms strictly prohibit VPN to bypass blocks and warn of confiscation.

This inconsistency is misleading and unfair to players. If there truly were restrictions, they should be enforced transparently at registration or deposit — not after a big win.

To clarify: I deposited €430 and played on your platform using a German IP address. At no point was I warned, blocked, or informed that there was any issue with my account. Your system allowed me to register and play freely.

It was only after I won €4,000 and tried to complete the withdrawal that I was suddenly asked for verification — and then had my account closed before the process was even finished. This feels extremely unfair.

Additionally, there is a serious contradiction in your Terms and Conditions:

– Your website says: “Using VPN is not restricted, however, it may lead to malfunction.”
– Your PDF terms say: “Using VPN to bypass blocks is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.”

This is misleading for players. If VPN use or country of residence were truly restricted, that should be clearly enforced at the time of registration or deposit — not after a large win.

I hope PlayAmo will take this seriously and resolve my case fairly. I will continue my complaint through Casino Guru.
