i deposit and i find out they doesnt have betting on their site. Well, one Saturday night, at one o’clock in the morning I was playing slots in my bed, I put the last of my play money I had aside into playamo, 200 dollars. I have been playing on this site for quite a few years and made multiple withdrawals with ease. Unfortunately my last withdrawal has taken quite some time. I have previously received funds within, 12 hours of process, if not the same day the next. My last withdrawal was processed abit longer than usual to get the process going, however it was accepted on the 1st of October. I was then on chat to support to query why my vip level hadnt changed when such a large sum of money was turned over and not points on the vip system were added, I revcieved 2 notifications within 24hrs of playing saying congratulations on moving up the next vip level. However my points did not reflect this or the bonus I should have recieved. While disputing this on chat, going in circles and being informed its correct. (points havent changed for months, I also informed them of this in July. Once I had done this, and got off support saying i wasnt stupid, I get an email to say my withdrawal wont be in account for 1-5 days and not over weekend. Bare in mind was processed hours beforehand, and got email when i got off chat. I have bought this up with Playamo, as its unusual for my funds to take this long to clear with playamo.
