This website is completely fraud. Yesterday I deposited small amount then hit a max win in slot , after wager completing winning amount transferred to my wallet. I made a deposit which did not reflect. I went o to their site and started a chat with a Henry. He asked for a bank statement, Ai obtained proof from mu bank. I then uploaded the document and was then told by another consultant that he was not able to open a pdf document. What other format does a bank statement come in? He told me that I must send an email and wait for a response. I have done so and am still waiting. All interactions with casinos with a Curoaca license, I have always had issues with them not paying out winnings or not acknowledging deposits. Had i known that this casino was managed by the same, I would not have made a deposit. It is not available/ not easily accessible on their site as to to the managing license belongs to

20bet operates in Germany and many EU countries without a valid gambling license. There is no KYC process, no OASIS connection, and no player protection or betting limits, which is mandatory under EU and German law.
When problems arise or withdrawals are delayed, they simply do not answer customer complaints or emails. I have personally experienced being ignored after multiple attempts to contact support.
This operator is not safe or trustworthy.
