As a buyer you have 0 support and…

As a buyer you have 0 support. You are not allowed anymore to return stuff if you do not like them. It needs to have a very strong reason such as fully broken. I got chipped mirror, small bits around not very visible, but i still wanted to return and i was not allowed to return after trying many disputes. You cannot return anything if you just change your mind or don’t like it.

If you contact the seller support, they do not help much really, they say they will try contact other team etc but nothing happens.

It used to be easier before to return something you don’t like but you cannot anymore, even if you pay for own return fee.

If your package is lost, forget about getting your money back. The courier takes image of a door that is not even mine, puts as proof delivery and confirms it, there is no possible way for aliexpress to believe you that the package was not delivered at your house, even though i send many images of my house that does not match with the proof of delivery image.

A selling company is supposed to be customer centered not seller only. Soon noone will order from there.

Also, they reply to negative reviews, saying that they emailed us or will get in touch but that never happens. Is just to show they care but truth is they dont even bother.
