Scammers, purchased Nike Air 270 trainers that never arrived. After getting in touch with them they stated that I had been refunded which was not the case. Thankfully my credit card provider was able to refund my money.

I ordered two pair of trainers. One has never arrived. I have sent multiple emails and there has been no reply from the company. The pair that did arrive don't look to be genuine. Stay away from this company!

Low rating speaks for itself, but annoyingly it had higher stars when I purchased some trainers from LuvSteps who have a clear returns policy where you pay return postage if you no longer want the item

LuvSteps completely refused to accept a return and breached their own policy and many consumer trading laws, therefore I had months long battles to get a response and for them to acknowledge this. I had to escalate with the bank to get a refund which was again very time consuming, and finally LuvSteps, still ignoring the fact they breached their own policies, offered 25% refund…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

They sell fake stuff and do not accept returns.

This business trades in counterfeit goods and PayPal protects them over the consumer!!

I got told if I want a refund for my fake trainers I have to return them to the criminals in CHINA at my own expense!

Avoid like the plague and boycott PayPal too!!

These are scammers..i would not recommend u to buy here..its either they deliver fake shoes or they don’t deliver at all..BAD STORE

Ordered some nike kd 16's. My order was cancelled and no refund has been given. No one answers the phone, customer services respond with vague responses then ghost you. Absolute scammers! DO NOT BUY

Don’t shop here !!!! They don’t let you get a refund on brand new shoes that you don’t want to keep it’s terrible 😞

SCAMMERS.Do not purchase anything from this company. I stupidly ordered some new Nike Zoom running shoes, they didn't turn up. so looked on this website at the reviews and realised my stupidity . I emailed them to cancel my order , and received a response telling me I couldn't cancel the order, even though I had not taken delivery.
The shoes finally arrived and are clearly fakes and obviously they will not accept them back.
Disgraceful that they can get away with this but will make sure they are well publicised and have certainly learnt my lesson.

Please do not buy. I ordered Nike trainers and then read the reviews!!! The shoes arrived and I verified them to be indeed fake as suspected. Chasing paypal for refund.

Don’t order from this website there Selling fake trainers I ordered and didn’t receive I contacted the seller regarding this matter no reply luckily I did through PayPal and opened a case the next day trainners arrived soon as I seen them I contacted him again no reply then I went back on my PayPal sent photo and told them everything and I got my money back to save your time just avoid do not order from here it’s a fake website selling fake products

As per all other reviews. Shoes never came. No response to email or answer of phone number provided. Move on. Sure this will catch up with them quickly.

I’ve just learnt a valuable lesson, always check reviews for e-com…we do it for restaurants/hotels etc but it never crossed my mind to check when buying sneakers.
Fake shoes and “customer service” person that’s trying go to make it very hard for me to return the shoes.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a pair of Nike Alpha Fly running shoes and tracking said they had been dispatched to Evri.
7 days and no sign of the shoes and no progress with Evri.
The company does not respond to emails and does not answer the phone.
I believe this company to be fraudulent.
