Abosulute BAD service
I bought a Siemens coffee machine. has been for repairs already. This took almost 30 days. Now gone in for second time in less than one year. Everytime courier delivers unit, then Wehkamp says it is not delivered. Then have to wait again. So now it has been 2 weeks already. DHL has delivered, but Wehkamp says no. Now I will be without this purchase again another 30 days. Why do you have such bad service and why do I have to send it so many times in one year for repair? When warrenty is gone I will have waisted 800 euro.
