It is not possible to cancel an order with winparts
I ordered a part that the website claimed will be delivered the next day. Which is what I needed, that particular part, I had to get my car worked on the next day. If the website said there was no way it can get delivered the next day then I wouldn't order it. At midnight I get an email that it won't get delivered on time. At 9 in the morning I look for a way to cancel the order. Since the order status didn't change from payment processed to package shipped, it shouldn't be a problem, right? There is no cancel option. Red flag. It forces me to chat with customer support. And guess what, the customer support tells me the product is already packaged therefore it cannot be canceled. Really? It's packaged and yet no shipping label, no tracking number. You packed in a box and left the box without a shipping label. And that happened in between midnight and 9 in the morning (9 is when customer support starts the day). So the only thing they offer is that I reject the package from shipping company when it finally arrives (no indications are given when will this happen).
First they make up the shipping date. Then they make up a story why they can't cancel the order. As I'm writing this, the order status has not changed, it is still not packaged and ready for a carrier. The status page still allows me to change the shipping address which obviously proves that customer support is instructed not accept the cancellation request.

They lie about the delivery date! They lure you in with false delivery times then delay the delivery by 3 weeks! What a piece of garbage company.

piston rings clearance discrepancy
i though that with this company specializing in devliverign car parts for EU region, the Netherlands will be a priority...but how come when I ordered some piston rings and fuel injectors, they first of all came late and secondly they were not exactly of the same description.
the clearance on the piston rings did not match what I ordered! Outrageous!

I ordered a battery on Friday
I ordered a battery on Friday, delivery on Saturday. I've been waiting another day with no information about when I'll receive it. I messaged a WinParts employee on Saturday, who confirmed delivery was scheduled for Saturday. I'm still waiting, and I don't know if I'll even get it.

Wrong item + increasing price!
I ordered a right headlight (passenger side), from TYC. However, I got the left one (driver side). Although it is stated on the packaging that it is of the right side, but inside the package sits the left one. Very strange and disappointing.
Also, I bought the product by € 108.69 (excluding the sending fees) with waiting time for 3 days to receive it. I checked today on Winparts website and it costs now € 123.05 !!! What a waisted time, effort and money !! Really unsatisfied.

Winparts is okay, but transport company they use, Transmission, is really bad. Not flexible at all. They only deliver Monday to Friday, 8 to 17, and you can't change how or when.

Very poor customer service . Does not honour warranty. I would recommend avoiding this seller, they are not honest ..

The delivery of my package was scheduled for a specific day, proof of this when finalizing the order at the payment terminal, they ask you to select a date, moreover on the site it is explicitly mentioned: order today and you will be delivered in D+1 (excluding weekends), during the delivery process I received notifications saying that the package was taken care of, the package was sorted, the package crossed the border and taken care of by the regional distribution center... this deadline was not respected, and when I called them the next day I was told that these notifications are automatic and that officially do not represent the status of the package (certified professionalism), I called them the next day and they confirmed that I would receive my package during the day (without indicating a time slot), I waited all day but unfortunately once again false and misleading comments (knowing that I requested confirmation by email), the package is a large car part so cannot be put in the mailbox and moreover it requires a signature from the customer so you have to be in place for reception otherwise the package returned to the sender namely winparts in the Netherlands, so waiting in a blur without knowing the approximate delivery time they just said be patient and wait for your package, I received my package 3 days late and it was a very important part compatible with the car and not found in the country where I am Otherwise I would have asked for compensation and not buy the product from them anymore, and what I do is that it is the first and last time I buy from them, (the worst platform regarding service, professionalism and delivery times)

Very poor customer service
According to the website, they deliver the next day... For me that was the whole reason to purchase my roofcase. The next morning I received a message that delivery will take place t he day after....
I called this company and asked if we could arrange something else because I really needed this item today instead of a day later...
Their warehouse is litterly 10 km from my home. I offered to pick up the item myself, but that was not possible....
When I asked to talk to a supervisor, the answer was: No! You can send an email....
Very helpful organization, very customer orientated and flexible to keep their customers satisfied.....
I will never order from this company again!!!

Delivery times? FAIL!
Winparts.nl has a nice assortment of parts for many different vehicles, however, when ordering DO NOT rely on their promotional message like "Order before 6pm, delivered the day after tomorrow" or "Order before 11am, delivered tomorrow".
That is simply not true!
Latest example - ordered 2 small sensors on 02.July and package was supposed to be delivered on 04.July to a pickup point near me.
Sunday 06.July as I'm writing this - not delivered which means my car could not be finished over the weekend which means more expenses for me. We will see how much longer it takes to get the package.
P.S.
It is local service, inside Netherlands AND it's not the first time this happened!

No service at all
I ordered a U-bolt to mount our roof box. The website states a width of 6mm—perfect for our roof box. But I received a U-bolt that’s 7mm, so it doesn’t fit.
I called to ask if I could exchange it and return the one I received, since the product details on the website are incorrect.
The man on the phone said: absolutely, we also have a flexible option. We’ll adjust the return so you don’t have to pay return shipping costs.
I waited all afternoon. Then I called again. This time, someone else said: no, you have to pay the costs yourself. The dimensions are correct. You just measured it wrong. It’s not about the full width of the bolt, but the open space between the legs.
So… you advertise a vague item on your site? And now I’m expected to return it at my own cost and then place a new order on your site? What kind of service is that?
If I had genuinely measured it wrong—okay, fair enough. But this? Then don’t leave it open to interpretation and just list the correct dimensions on your website.

This issue is just not getting resolved, no matter how long I wait.
I have placed many orders in the past, and the products always arrived quickly and without issues.
This time, I ordered a dash cam for an upcoming long-distance road trip.
However, after installation, the dash cam stopped recognizing the memory card, so I contacted customer service for a replacement.
I’ve been in contact with the customer service and warranty teams, but the responses have been very slow, and the replacement process is not progressing.
I receive emails only once a day or sometimes not at all.
I have been replying immediately every time I receive an email.
It has now been 20 days since I first reported the issue.
I have sent videos of the dash cam malfunctioning multiple times, yet it seems they have still not been received.
What is going on?
Will I be able to receive a replacement dash cam before I leave for my road trip?
I really need a quicker resolution.

Trustfull and good prices.
Fast delivery, good prices,the costumer support should be available on better way, sometimes they don't pickup the phone... Maybe whatsapp was a good idea? Also return articles its simple. Unfortunately it is my 2 choice website because of the prices, they are for sure not super high, they are fair!
