I ordered a Himoto 1:10 Rally Short Course Truck Red Sting. After placing the order the shipment followed the next day. The CAR arrived the next day.
It was better than expected. They included an information sheet with very detailed information about the batteries and other details to get the car working and in working condition. Very nice!
After a few days we had a problem with the charger. I reached out to monster cars.nl and got a quick response. After one more email with a short video and some pictures showing the problem, they immediately sent a replacement charger! No long discussions or intermediate solutions. This is how all internet companies should treat their customers :)
I would order again in the future. Just one minor thing about the website: A lot of the categories have no products...

I was very happy with the service the car i bought was super fast and fun to play with the name used for the order was Gemm.

I bought a "Vortex" rc car for my doughter thinking it would be better Quality or performance than a cheaper one on Amazon.
First off this 'Vortex' brand is something made up by Monstercars. It's not on the car, nor on the box. But on website it's in the list with actual brands like Traxxas. The car is from a chinese factory called Youjie Toys.
The specs were not very clear. They're in a big text and when I recieved it I was surprised by the small size. I didn't realize that is what 1:24 stood for. So I also bought a 1:20 rc car on a well known general e-commerce shop with big wheels and 2 batterypacks included, for half of the money. And the Quality is at least equal, it also has leds and it's faster. So I am pretty convinced I paid too much for an 'ok' toy. And this was with a so called 43% discount but they keep moving the end date of the action so I'm afraid this discount is cheap lie.

I recently bought a remote-controlled boat from Monstercars and I am very satisfied with my purchase! The boat was perfectly packaged, which ensured that it arrived in excellent condition. The quality of the boat is also top-notch – everything works properly and the finish is impressive. Sailing with it is a great experience, it is fast and responds well to the controls. The best customer service I've ever experienced.
I bought an RC car for my son a couple of years ago.
On the first week something broke due to bad handling and still they offered to replace the broken part for free.
And now almost 2 years after we realized that the RC controller is not working.
I thought that the guarantee was valid for one year, so I contacted Monsrercars to buy a new one.
They informed me that the guarantee was still valid and they immediately replaced it with a new one!
Honesty is something you don't see often these days!

They lied multiple times about reimburing the return costs (82 in total) after returning parts and whole tele guided cars for 4 times!
paid 196€ in total for a car that doesn't work.

NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Bought two cars for the birthdays of our two sons. Cars were supposed to drive on sand, bumpy roads etc. But within the first day both of the cars were broken already because of all plastic parts, while only using it on a flat road. Very very bad quality. After contacting customer service, there was. I thing they could do for us only to buy spare parts and fix it ourselves. Never buy here!!!

I ordered parts, the courier did not deliver, they rather said we were not at home. Was suppose to be delivered saturday. No delivery again. This time no delivery to service point. Why does a business use a courier you cannot trust. GLS is the worst.

Excellent customer service! Helps with questions, returns,... answers e-mails quickly, and last but not least very fast shipping!
