I heard a lot about the company and I was scared and hesitant, but I bought from the website and the order was excellent and very fast.
They are not returning my 59.99 euros. I’ve sent them two dhl tickets delivery personal gave me when products picked up. They refuse to pay.

I ordered from Wehkamp despite the bad reviews (as I was insured through my credit card if something went wrong).
We ordered a garden bench and it arrived within 24 hours, was easy to install, and looks exactly as described. Very happy overall.

Update: After leaving a message on Trustpilote I received a phone call and was helped promptly - new product organised, refund and an extra discount. From 1 star to 3 - nevertheless the experience allover was not great but the aftercare is recommendable.

At the end of february. I ordered 4 units of L'Oréal 535 hair dyes via Wehkamp . And it seems that there is a new version of that dye because that's what they sent to me. However, on their website, they put the old version, not the new one they sent me...
In any case, I decided to use one of them and my head has itched horribly for 2 days. This has never happened to me. Since I was afraid to use the others, I reached Wehkamp to not pay for the return cost and also to get the version I bought.
They are unattainable. Speaking with Willem Alexander is easier than approaching Wehkamp's customer service. I called them, and they told me to send an email. I sent an email and chat, and nothing. Before my 30-day return period is over, I proceed with the return.
So, I give one star for the product and 0 stars for your customer service.

I've already written @wehkamp at socialmedia an email but you have not even reacted to it. A week and half waiting to get my money back. Terrible costumer service, I've no weird to express my disappointment and how much I regret using your horrible services. I don't want any vouchers; I want my money back.

Not recommended at all, used to be much more worthy, but went down to level of bol.com

This is truly the WORST site ever.
Spent 1k on a garden outdoor set, everythign came broken took over a week to resolve. I ordered a couch that was in stock and checked on the status and it says out of stock. Got zero communication from them or any email saying this. I could have ordered something different in this time.

Wehkamp phone service offered to buy a complete new loungeset, because they do not have pillows separate. Of course they do not have because it should be requested from supplier....

On April 27th, I placed an order using a €10 discount code and a €100 gift card. The items in this order, a pillow and a blanket, were supposed to receive a 10% discount plus an additional 10% checkout discount (kassakorting). The checkout discount was correctly applied to the pillow, but unfortunately, it did not apply to the blanket. I contacted customer service, and your colleague noted this issue under my order number. This additional discount should have resulted in a refund of €29.61.
Unfortunately, the order was return because the package did not fit in the delivery box recommended by DHL.
After contacting customer service, I was advised to place a new order, However, the 10% checkout discount (Kassakorting) for the blanket again did not apply, and I did not have the €100 gift card or the €10 discount. Although the first order was returned, I only received a €37 gift card in my account. I never received the €100 gift card, the €10 discount code, or the 10% checkout discount. I contacted customer service again, and was told I would receive a callback to adjust the amounts, but I am still facing an outstanding invoice of €360.89 instead of €221.28.

on 19th March I ordered a PlayStation 5. On 20th March it was delivered to me. I've taken it out, had a look at it, and had a change of heart that "I actually do not need this".
I have started the return process and on 21st March I sent it back. Eventually I've received confirmation via the Courier's App that the delivery reached the shop.
On the website, it's clearly written, that "You will then receive your money back within 3 days", but eventually on 26th March I received an email mentioning "Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. We aim to do this within 6 days".
"Has your return still not been processed 7 days after receiving this email? Please contact us."
I called them on 5th April and they mentioned because I've opened it and it's an expensive item, they cannot release the refund.
I called them on 10th April and they said that the case had been escalated and that if I do not get a call/email back by 12th April (Friday) it might happen the upcoming week (15-19 April, Monday - Friday). Guess what, NOTHING.
I called them on 22nd April, SAME LIE, that I have to wait for a week for somebody to contact me. The lady on the phone was even laughing at some point about my situation and did not want to collaborate when I asked to have the call redirected to the department in charge of this case nor with a supervisor/manager.
It's been ONE MONTH, and the whole process is terrible. Customer Support is terrible.

Getting a parcel is chargeable, return is chargeable. What kind of online shopping is this in todays's world? Really terrible experience so far, wouldn't ever order again!

I've tried no less than 12 times signing up an account, when I almost seemed to have achieved that the site defaults, then I get to make that account wachtword or password, then it defaults again, and again and again,,, its easy to sell Hugo boss at lowest price and get that click bait client, when they can never deliver,,, IF they actually has a physical shop then it's possible they have good parking lot possibilities,, online, it's a dissaster,,, so fellow clients, don't hold your breath for a good deal, cause it's all smoke and mirrors

I bought a bed from them which was faulty and incomplete but they denied to take it back because "I tried to install it' which they consider as used, even though it was incomplete. In the end i went to degeschillencommissie which forced them to take it back. So far I was thinking it was one incident but looking at the reviews now I realize they are known for such scams.

I bought a Siemens coffee machine. has been for repairs already. This took almost 30 days. Now gone in for second time in less than one year. Everytime courier delivers unit, then Wehkamp says it is not delivered. Then have to wait again. So now it has been 2 weeks already. DHL has delivered, but Wehkamp says no. Now I will be without this purchase again another 30 days. Why do you have such bad service and why do I have to send it so many times in one year for repair? When warrenty is gone I will have waisted 800 euro.

How strange my review on the website and on the product was not showing after 2 weeks. Well the reviews are not transparent.
First the bed is not the best for this price but is ok quality and not very sturdy seems like not long lasting especially the legs.
Second, I want to share the experience with customer service employees. Customer service waiting time is too long especially if you cant call them (when you are working for instance) and the customer service have little to zero empathy.
