Couldn’t care less!

I have used them before, but on this occasion i placed my order early hours Friday morning, the website says that orders after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following week, well my order was way before the 2pm deadline and it has only been despatched today, after i emailed them this morning, i also didn’t order anything that had a lead time as i needed the products sooner, this clearly didn’t matter because they had the cheek to email me back completely disregarding everything i said & just said all being well I should receive this within a couple of days! How pathetic! I then said as you ignored my email I’ll refuse delivery then, and the response was if i refuse delivery, the £6.95 delivery charge will not be refunded! They were VERY quick to reply to that. £6.95 delivery charge for something that is in stock and takes a week to arrive! STAY AWAY, if they don’t fix this i’ll do a charge back to my card, & i will raise this with trading standards as it’s very misleading information

Delivered quick, any issues slow

Ordered plates with the rear having a uk badge, the plates arrived very promptly! But i was missing the badge, so i emailed immediately after receiving them, and i had a reply by lunchtime saying apologies this will get sent out asap. That’s no problem by me.
However if there’s a error on their end and they are rectifying it, i would expect that they do it as a matter of urgency, in this case, plates arrived Monday, by Monday lunchtime they said they dispatching the missing item, on Tuesday afternoon i get notified by RM that they now have my parcel and its been sent via royal mail 48.
I just didn’t believe this to be acceptable, now i will receive my missing item on Thursday! It’s the companies error, they should have sent it as a priority

Highly recommended

Found app4 on trustpilot whilst searching for reviews on another firm, initially spoke with Josh and he was kind enough to clarify all my questions, so I proceeded and my account manager is Tia, got set up and live in no time, and the response time from app4 is definitely amazing! My online orders are growing daily, which I. Can see is from the app service provided, most definitely a game changer! Back office is easy to use, overall good value for money, and main thing I found when searching for online order provider, is that most companies insist on taking over your domain, I have had this experience in the past, and app4 don’t demand on taking your domain, which for me is perfect.

Avoid like you would avoid covid if not more! Linked with kinetic logistics, “says” they deliver on behalf of costco tet to see that, bad service, needs to be shut down, please report both firms to trading standards.

Ordered a TV from costco.co.uk on…

Ordered a TV from costco.co.uk on the26/03 they emailed me on the 27th saying that they are delivering the product within 5 business days, then they emailed me saying they will arrange delivery within 2 business days although this took them over the 5days, currently on day 7 and still awaiting a phone call, absolute shambles of a so called business, makes companies like Hermes & Yodel look good.

UPDATE:
After this review i made contact as they requested and guess what…. Still no delivery! I think we should start a social media campaign against these cowboys, and report to trading standards.

Also they are misleading customers by displaying 5* trustpilot rating on their website which is actually false.
