Ordered four items, The order was wrong on arrival but the delivery note and Invoice was correct. Contacted customer service, they got back to me really quick and are sending out the missing item
Placed an order for two large baskets which came very quickly. One of the baskets handle was broke upon arrival but with a quick email along with photos of the issue they sent me out a replacement within days. Extremely happy with how they resolved the problem so quickly. Would 100% recommend them.

Ordered some glasses for my business for a function, a week later I was told they were out of stock, if I had known sooner I could have ordered elsewhere for a timely arrival.
As it happened once I knew, I ordered from rinkit and they arrived the next day saving my function.
Cooksmill don’t leave it untill the last minute to advise people. Reliability is the key.
Avoid.

Absolute joke is all I can say about my recent experience, Sent out defective items & yes they tried to right the issue but sent out more defective items, Best bit is someone actually personally inspected the items, Yer right, So Basically now I am being called a liar & they are not interested anymore,
This experience has now made me start looking elsewhere for a supplier as my trust in cooksmill has truly gone

I have been looking for a couple of leakproof bottles to store tap water in the fridge for quite some time.
I found them on cooks mill, very reasonably priced and ordered 3, as that also gave me free delivery.
Ordered on a weekend, and received the parcel on Tuesday, so a speedy service.
The bottles were very well packed, and are absolutely perfect, I am delighted.
Will definitely recommend cooksmill to friends and family.

Have brought from this company for the last few years now and they are amazing! Everything comes delivered with care, loads of packaging in boxes to keep the products safe. Had a few problems with with a few buckets being marked but they always send out replacements and always quick replies on emails. Highly recommend this company, will always use cooksmill!

Poor customer service
I was at one till, and a staff member told me to go to another till. When I went there, another lady working on the till spoke to me in a rude way and said she was serving someone else.
It was confusing and didn’t feel nice, because I was just doing what I was told.
I hope staff can speak more kindly and clearly to customers in the future.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered 4 items but they tell me 1 is not in stock after i made payment and they said they will refund me for 1. But they send me 2 items and they are telling me they will refund for 1 item that is not in stock. What about the 3rd item I paid. I have asked to cancel and for full refund. Very disappointing. Every time I order there is some problem with order.

Really great service. We ordered a pan but got the wrong size. Laraib was so quick in putting it all right, sent out a new one and we ended up keeping the other one as really liked it. Fantastic customer service, direct through to Laraib and really efficient follow up.

I’ve ordered few boxes of 2 different sizes plates from cooksmill but before delivery they emailed to say make sure you order correctly because if you wish to return, we will only refund 70% of this order! However when we received, we realised some of them we ordered were smaller than we thought! So we didn’t open all boxes to order the larger ones.we kept the wrong size plates and ordered more! But once the second delivery arrived and we opened all boxes, we saw some of the first order which was the largest plates, were smashed in transit. Once we emailed them the pictures, they refused to replace the damaged ones, because “we were out of our 48 hours report window “! And its part of their terms and condition when you tick a small box!!

I bought two of the 'seasons storm bowl shape cup 9oz'. One of the cups does not have the brown speckled rim which matched the other and the saucers, and looks to be unfinished. Whilst I understand that the finish of the products may vary, to me it looks like the speckled rim design has not even been done on this mug. I am not sure how someone can be happy enough with the finish to allow it to be sold along with another one that looks so much better. I called customer services to see if they would replace the mug, but they just tell me that 'product finishes may vary' as stated on the website. Again, I understand that the 'finish' may vary, but the design of this mug doesn't even look finished. The only other option they gave me was to return the items at my own cost for a refund. I am very disappointed with the service I received. For the sake of replacing one poorly finished mug, this would have been easily solved and I would have been satisfied with my order. They clearly have no pride in the finish or quality of their products, or their customer satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid
