Delivered quick, any issues slow
Ordered plates with the rear having a uk badge, the plates arrived very promptly! But i was missing the badge, so i emailed immediately after receiving them, and i had a reply by lunchtime saying apologies this will get sent out asap. That’s no problem by me.
However if there’s a error on their end and they are rectifying it, i would expect that they do it as a matter of urgency, in this case, plates arrived Monday, by Monday lunchtime they said they dispatching the missing item, on Tuesday afternoon i get notified by RM that they now have my parcel and its been sent via royal mail 48.
I just didn’t believe this to be acceptable, now i will receive my missing item on Thursday! It’s the companies error, they should have sent it as a priority
