Couldn’t care less!

I have used them before, but on this occasion i placed my order early hours Friday morning, the website says that orders after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following week, well my order was way before the 2pm deadline and it has only been despatched today, after i emailed them this morning, i also didn’t order anything that had a lead time as i needed the products sooner, this clearly didn’t matter because they had the cheek to email me back completely disregarding everything i said & just said all being well I should receive this within a couple of days! How pathetic! I then said as you ignored my email I’ll refuse delivery then, and the response was if i refuse delivery, the £6.95 delivery charge will not be refunded! They were VERY quick to reply to that. £6.95 delivery charge for something that is in stock and takes a week to arrive! STAY AWAY, if they don’t fix this i’ll do a charge back to my card, & i will raise this with trading standards as it’s very misleading information

We are sorry that Cooksmill has not met up to your expectations on this occasion. Due to the festivities over the weekend and the beginning of the week many of our staff were on annual leave. This meant there was a small delay on parcels being dispatched. As you have commented, you have used us before without complaint. We hope to impress you on your next order.
