Trouble with refund.

They withdraw money before confirming the ordered items are in stock!

One of items I ordered wasn't in stock, but they still withdraw 638 dk for it. I contacted immediately custom service (Alexandra worked with me) and I was told that they will register the refund since the item out of stock.

Yet no refund was proceed. Still Waiting. Contacted custom service, but they do not reply.
Order number DK0592446322GM.

UPDATE: Adding more stars since I was very quickly contacted by custom service and was promised to look into my case. Hopefully refund will appear on my bank account the begining of next week latest.

LAST UPDATE: After all I change star status and can recommend tSmartbuyglasses! In overall experience after all was positive and got refund back. Just had some troubles with my bank, but its not fault of company. :)
