Always good offers on in terms of choosing a second pair or a discount offer. I have 3 pairs of glasses from Glasses Direct and another pair on order!! With my latest order, I realised I hadn't updated my address - I called (they were open at 7am) and it was dealt with immediately - no telephone queue. I then received an email confirmation. Excellent service!
