Wrong Order

Update 07/02/25: I'm still going around in circles with the "customer service" team. Each time you reply to a message a different representative replies with ridiculous templated responses. They are unable to answer the most simplest of questions. Some of my original order has now been resent but one of the main and most expensive items that I ordered is now conveniently out of stock and they are refusing to give me an estimated restock date. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Will not be ordering from this company again. AVOID!!!

I placed an order online to the value of €130 for 6 different items on the 31/01/25. The parcel was dispatched on the same day and was just delivered today (04/02). I opened the package once it was delivered to find that NONE of the items I had ordered were included in the package. Instead I seem to have gotten someone else's order which consisted of a cheap cleanser. I am so disappointed that this has happened as I've never had an issue with LF before. I've reached out to CS so hoping for my order to be resent ASAP. Will update my review post resolution with LF.

3D Secure Issues

Received this card from my employer for Christmas. Never had an issue in using them in the past until this time. Added the card to my existing account without any issues. Problem is trying to activate the 3D secure option for online shopping. Keep getting an error message as I do not know what the 4 digit pin is, nor was I asked to create one when adding my card. Not sure if this is just a glitch as I've had an online account with Perx/EML the last number of years. Anyway, can't access funds on card thanks to this ridiculously archaic system. Impatiently waiting on an update from customer service but going by the most recent reviews I won't be holding my breath for a speedy resolution.

Appalling customer service and refund process

Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned both items the day after they were received as I wanted to exchange the sizes. Zara claim to only have received one of the two items even though both were in the same box. Now they are charging me for the exchange as they apparently haven't received the item even though it was delivered and showing as returned on my account? To make matters worse, the exchange item arrived, when I opened it I saw that the zip was completely broken by whomever it was sent to before! I raised a dispute with Zara which has been open for "investigation" with a week, the "customer service team" are purely incompetent, can't comprehend the simplest of questions, no matter how much fine detail you go in to they can't understand what you are asking and don't want to either. All they are good for is sending generic responses which are so infuriating. Zara's standards have seriously slipped.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order online on the 4th of September and got a dispatch notification and tracking number about 2 hours later. No sign of the package nor was there any updates from An Post after the label was created. Eventually JD's advised that they are cancelling my order as it's deemed as "lost in transit", I can't reorder as both items are now out of stock even though they were still available to purchase this morning. I have a very disappointed teenager as a result of JD's incompetence. Having read other peoples reviews and seeing how popular this issue seems to be, it makes me wonder were the items ever in stock to begin with? Responses from C.S are basic and templated, almost robotic. This is evident from the ridiculous generic and templated responses they are using for EVERY bad review. Put in the legwork when it comes to customer service JD's instead of doing the bare minimum asking customers to contact you through the link provided - if you had read the reviews in the first place you would see that people can't get anywhere with your appalling customer service department. Won't be shopping here again.

Company doesn't understand the concept of eircodes

Wherever I've the misfortune of having my package delivered by Fastway they never use the eircode or phone number on the package. Packages continuously delivered to wrong addresses and marked as "signature obtained" which leaves you going on a wild goose chase to the neighbours looking for your package. If at all possible, avoid. Customer service representatives are completely useless and can't seem to answer or be bothered to answer the simplist of questions. Constantly regurgitating the same templated response regardless of what question you ask them. Takes them an average 3 working days to responde to an email.

Avoid. Would give this 0 if I could

Would give this 0 if I could. Package was "delivered" & "signed for" today. I work from home, the package may have been delivered but not to me. I didn't receive any notification from Fastway to say that it was due to be delivered today unlike other delivery companies. I contacted FW via live chat, the person who I was dealing with was most unhelpful and just passed the responsibility on to anther colleague who I had contacted previously in relation to a different query. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with FW, they are beyond useless and I will be encouraging everyone to avoid them. They deliver packages wherever and whenever they want and lie and say signature received. What is the point of providing the Eircode to FW if they are going to deliver it where they want anyway? I'm none the wiser as to where my package is and who signed for it. FW my tracking info is: NY0004670686, don't insult me any further with your automated response asking me to send my details to you via email. Do your job, and you'll find all of the required information.

Would give this review 10 stars if I could. Amazing, friendly and very responsive customer service who very kindly prioritised my order to ensure it was delivered for when I needed it. Ordered on Wednesday, package delivered the next day. Shout out to Arlene for her assistance with my order. Will definitely be ordering from O'Neils again.

Money taken - Item not received

Order placed 8 days ago - emailed customer services on the 4th day as I hadn't received any dispatch email. Was promised that my order would be shipped that day by next day delivery (item should have been here yesterday if this was the case). Victoria also provided me with a £10 discount code to use off my next order as they were moving warehouses and my order was delayed due to this. I thought ok, this seems reasonable and I thought this was genuine as I received a response to my email within an hour - I was wrong! From reading other reviews online, they appear to be "moving warehouse" for sometime. Since Saturday I have been trying to make contact with someone from their team to get an update on the status of my order, unfortunately they have been ignoring all of my emails & social media messages. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of customer services and hugely annoyed at the fact that I was charged €12.00 for international delivery!!!! So they now have my money and the item I ordered, I cannot make contact with anyone from their team. Based on this I will not be ordering from them again and I would urge everyone else to avoid. Will be happy to retract this negative review if my issue is resolved today to my satisfaction. I do not accept the excuse of a warehouse move as satisfactory. If this really was an issue then they shouldn't be robbing people for delivery charges, customers should also be made aware of any potential delays when ordering from their website.

Do not order!

Placed an order on the 27th or July, package dispatched on the same day with tracking number provided. Package reached Ireland but couldn't be delivered due to incomplete customs declaration paperwork from AX Paris. Have tried to contact AX Paris numerous times via email and haven't even received and acknowledgement of my email let alone a response. Package has been returned to AX Paris however, I have not received my refund for the dress! Absolute shambles of a company, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!
