Only giving 1 star for the delivery driver as he was most helpful anytime he rang and is our local courier.
Tried to rearrange and reschedule delivery- zero response from any customer service emails, no contact number and no indication of what depot my parcel is located at. Such a shambles and the worst customer service going

These are the worst and most useless courier in Ireland, keep delivering to wrong address in Belclare Crescent, Ballymun, even though my name, address and even the post code is on the parcel, yet they keep delivering it around the corner from me. Customer service is non existent its just a lazy automated email and never a response, useless, don't know how this company is still going there incompetent and stupid. Multiple times have they done this do they not know what a post code is at all? I'd do a better Job delivering meself, I have to go around and get the order by knocking on the other persons door and I can see by other reviews other peoples deliveries are also being misdelivered often, I think its time to let some of the useless incompetent staff go don't you think?

Horrendous beyond belief
I wish I could delete the over generous one star I had no choice but to leave. Horrendous beyond belief. Fastway confirmed my small parcel was delivered and that I had signed for it and they had this proof. The CCTV showed this never happened and when I asked for this proof, they refused to provide it and blamed the company I bought it from!!! Amazing considering I was at work that day and did not sign anything. A delivery company that does not deliver and then blames me for their failure!!!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid - a pidgeon would be more reliable.

The delivery driver I got as usual, is not only incompetent but a blatant liar.
First excuse…..address not right

On the fifth day I missed a call.
The driver said he didn’t have my number until that point (lies, it’s on the package), he also said he doesn’t go into the buildings(so he lied about gaining access because nothing is locked), so for 4 attempts he didn’t even actually try.
I asked if I could pick it up from the depot and apparently it can’t be done, so now I’m still waiting for this package to be delivered.
I contacted Zalando (where I bought my product) and told them , if I see fast way is my currier in future, I’ll cancel my order and that’s what I’ll do from now on.

Just awful service drivers droping items just outside gates besaid the main road when gates opened and peoples inside the house like I our situation that item cost few hundred euros and was left outside the gates where can be taken by anyone who passing the house. 0 responsibility for your items

1 star is over generous, I would give zero if I could. From my experience and the experience of friends and neighbours, a totally incompetent delivery service. Have had more than 1 delivery issue over the past while. I would urge any companies or shops to stop using this company
Terrible service
I ordered some clothes online and they were due 2 weeks ago. On the 29th of September the tracking information changed to delivered at 21:05. There was no package here. I was home all day and no courier called. I have reached out to the online support 3 times with no reply. I have also been getting the run around by the sender for 2 weeks now as they don't have any answers. The service I have received from both companies is totally unprofessional and unreliable.
Fastway don't even have a direct line for calls. What's the point in having online support if you ignore people.

I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with Fastway Couriers.
My parcel has been in their possession since 15 September, and it was never delivered. The tracking falsely said “Customer not at home” even though I was home all day — no one came, no email, no card, nothing.
After several emails and phone calls, they told me my address was “incomplete” (it wasn’t) and later confirmed they would deliver my parcel to Clifford’s Centra, 91 Shandon Street, Cork. A few days later, without any notice, they returned the parcel to the sender.
This company is completely unreliable and has caused me weeks of frustration. Their communication is inconsistent, and their customer service gives false assurances but never solves anything.
I will be reporting this to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and have already informed the sender that I will refuse any future deliveries through Fastway.
Avoid this courier if you can — they are careless, unprofessional, and take zero responsibility for their mistakes.

Athenry driver every time drops the parcel to wrong house even though theres an eircode on the parcel , latest debacle with fastway driver signed the delivery as delivered waiting all weekend talking to the supplier because there just no possible way to talk to anyone in in fastway only for fastway to basically call me a liar saying there driver delivered it now all of a sudden fastway scans the parcel 3 days later after they told me there driver delivered it hummmm something dont smell right useless company please stay well away if you can

This is, without a doubt, the worst courier company I have ever dealt with.

Don't deliver to address if it's in rural location
This is the worst courier service I ever encountered. They frequently leave my parcels in random shops in nearby towns, if I am lucky they leave a phone message, but sometimes I only fond out weeks later when a shop keeper told a person who told a person... A couple of times the courier phoned me to tell me he is leaving my parcel somewhere and refuses to deliver it to my house ' I have no time for that'. Unbelievable. I definitely will not order from suppliers, if I know that they use fastway.

Your customer service experience is abismal. You make it incredibly difficult for customers to contact you. I was awaiting a delivery on thursday last week which did not arrive. When I checked the email it said delivered and the signature was not mine and no parcel was delivered.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Fastway yet again. My parcel was loaded onto a van on the 3rd, sat there for an entire week with no delivery attempt, and was finally scanned again today, the 10th—only for me to get a notification claiming that I rejected the delivery. That’s a complete lie. I was home all day and no one even showed up.
To make it worse, my parcel is now being sent back to the sender after one fake “attempt” that never happened. This isn’t a one-off mistake—it’s consistent incompetence and dishonesty. There’s no working phone number, no email that gets answered, and zero accountability anywhere in their system.
Every time one of my deliveries ends up with Fastway, it’s a nightmare. They never deliver when they’re supposed to, and they make up excuses like “customer rejected delivery” to cover their failures. The only parcel they ever managed to deliver on time was thrown into a bin that was later collected and disposed of.
Fastway causes nothing but stress, wasted time, and frustration. The fact that this company is still operating is beyond me. They are an embarrassment to the word “delivery.”

Worst courier ever! No way to contact them, they don't reply to emails, no phone number for customer care. Only hope to contact them and get a reply is X.
