Appalling customer service and refund process

Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned both items the day after they were received as I wanted to exchange the sizes. Zara claim to only have received one of the two items even though both were in the same box. Now they are charging me for the exchange as they apparently haven't received the item even though it was delivered and showing as returned on my account? To make matters worse, the exchange item arrived, when I opened it I saw that the zip was completely broken by whomever it was sent to before! I raised a dispute with Zara which has been open for "investigation" with a week, the "customer service team" are purely incompetent, can't comprehend the simplest of questions, no matter how much fine detail you go in to they can't understand what you are asking and don't want to either. All they are good for is sending generic responses which are so infuriating. Zara's standards have seriously slipped.
