Company doesn't understand the concept of eircodes
Wherever I've the misfortune of having my package delivered by Fastway they never use the eircode or phone number on the package. Packages continuously delivered to wrong addresses and marked as "signature obtained" which leaves you going on a wild goose chase to the neighbours looking for your package. If at all possible, avoid. Customer service representatives are completely useless and can't seem to answer or be bothered to answer the simplist of questions. Constantly regurgitating the same templated response regardless of what question you ask them. Takes them an average 3 working days to responde to an email.
