Lost Perx card, no problem

I lost a Perx card and contacted them via email at perxcardsupport at emlpayments.com. I dealt with Hayden and Ellie and they sent me a replacement card and activated it within a couple of days and it worked perfectly.

Perx card is a terrible service, I have received their cards multiple times from work. It has never once worked the way it is supposed to and it is always a massive hassle to activate a card, or do anything with this company. How they are still in business, I do not know.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt the service that I received from Perx warranted recognition. After contacting Perx's support team via email I received a prompt reply with clear, actionable steps. Each email I sent received a response in less than 2 hours and the case was resolved quickly. Comically difficult to use. Stay away

Ridiculously difficult to use.

Receive gift card.
Create an account.
Activate card. (error, error, error).

Try to use card. Doesn't work.
Check account.
Must activate 3D security.
Need pin code.
Don't recall setting a pin code.
Activate 3D security.

Try to use card.
Transaction denied.
Check account - 3D security not actually active.
Finally, after days of trying, spend gift card.

Every step of the way is laborious and unnecessary. The whole experience is designed to prevent you from spending the funds, so they can quickly make them evaporate with their €3 monthly "maintenance" racket.

For anyone considering gifting this "prepaid" experience from hell. DO NOT USE PERX!
