Wrong Order

Update 07/02/25: I'm still going around in circles with the "customer service" team. Each time you reply to a message a different representative replies with ridiculous templated responses. They are unable to answer the most simplest of questions. Some of my original order has now been resent but one of the main and most expensive items that I ordered is now conveniently out of stock and they are refusing to give me an estimated restock date. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Will not be ordering from this company again. AVOID!!!

I placed an order online to the value of €130 for 6 different items on the 31/01/25. The parcel was dispatched on the same day and was just delivered today (04/02). I opened the package once it was delivered to find that NONE of the items I had ordered were included in the package. Instead I seem to have gotten someone else's order which consisted of a cheap cleanser. I am so disappointed that this has happened as I've never had an issue with LF before. I've reached out to CS so hoping for my order to be resent ASAP. Will update my review post resolution with LF.
