5* customer service

Great customer service from Gail who was friendly and helpful. I ordered a rattan bench but unfortunately she contacted me to say it couldn't be delivered as it was found to be damaged. It was the last one they had as the bench had been discontinued. However, she contacted the warehouse to see if there was anything she could do and was able to source the bench just in a different colour, which was great news. Really pleased with service and bench. Would definitely recommend using TGFC.

Brilliant customer service

Returned Vax for repair under warranty on Monday and returned 3 days later fully repaired. Customer Service staff are lovely and can't fault process in any way. Highly recommend buying Vax product.

Shocking company

Order 2 items with an expected delivery date of Saturday past. Have tried phoning to see where my delivery is because we are going on holiday tomorrow. Obviously not enough staff to handle calls as 19 callers before me. Held on and got down to no 7 in queue and phone cut off. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering here as obvious this company has a problem. If they know Parcelforce is unreliable why use them???

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Tracking gave an expected date for delivery but as we would not be home I phoned to rearrange. Tracking changed to this date with a time window. On the day I phoned as the tracking progress did not convince me I would be getting a delivery but was assured I would. When the time passed I phoned and again was told it definitely would be arriving by the end of day. A day and calls wasted. Today there is no delivery date just that I will be notified soon. Customer Service have obviously no idea what they are telling customers.

Quality furniture

Had a problem with a chair and sent photos to Bramblecrest. Due to covid it has taken longer to resolve but chair being replaced. Customer service has been brilliant and quality of furniture is excellant. Have bought several bramblecrest pieces over the years as have family and this is the first time there's been a problem. Highly recommend this furniture.

Great service

Easy service to use and very useful if you're concerned about your pet. Spoke to vet today who put my mind at rest that our dog probably just has age cysts. I've to keep an eye on them in case they get bigger. He's had them about 2 months and no change so fingers crossed.

Shambolic and totally misleading communications

Further to my earlier review/complaint I received email advising they were cancelling my fence paint order and I would receive refund. I paid £86 and they've returned £6 into my bank!! Absolutely furious at Homebase handling of this order. No way to get in touch with them to get this sorted so I've placed a further complaint via Resolver to see if that works. Regardless of the current circumstances this company are shambolic and will have lost a lot of customers through their mis management. The CSM should be removed from post........UPDATE, out of the blue received call from local store advising paint now available for collection. Told them I'd had email advising they had been unable to fulfill my order and I'd receive refund. Girl told me that must have been delivery refund only and reason only £6 refund. Told her I'd got paint elsewhere and she refunded additional £80.

Delivery shambles

Understand problems with delivery delays. Its very frustrating not knowing if or when our order will be recieved. But then you send an email saying that you are opening local stores and we will be able to pick it up between Thurs - Sunday this week, you think brilliant. Alas not brilliant, girl just phoned to say they don't have paint in stock!! Options wait for delivery????? or ask for refund. Shambles ............since writing this I have received an email today advising my money will be refunded in 7 days and they're sorry!!!!!!!
