Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Tracking gave an expected date for delivery but as we would not be home I phoned to rearrange. Tracking changed to this date with a time window. On the day I phoned as the tracking progress did not convince me I would be getting a delivery but was assured I would. When the time passed I phoned and again was told it definitely would be arriving by the end of day. A day and calls wasted. Today there is no delivery date just that I will be notified soon. Customer Service have obviously no idea what they are telling customers.
