A company is represented by their people. When their representative road rages and tries to run a car off the road when children are in it, it's not the sort of company I'd ever want to deal with.

Brilliant customer service from Ibrahim. He sent a text to confirm when the order would be dispatched and then a follow up text just to check everything arrived ok. He also rang to advise there was a small problem with the order that was outside of his control and we got it resolved very easily.

It’s great to support a small business and receive a service with some personality.

Ibrahim could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with. We had searched EVERYWHERE for the right rug. And then by chance found the perfect one at Nouvo rugs in Edinburgh. He answered queries and sent us photos so we could get the best idea of colour and delivery was speedy and efficient. This shop will be the first place we go when we need another rug. I purchased two very different rugs from this company last week and love them both. The selection of products and their quality is great, the prices are fantastic and the service was astoundingly good - very friendly and helpful without any sense of pressure to buy. After searching online for weeks, within 24 hours of stumbling across Nouvo Rugs’ website and giving the company a call, I had exactly l wanted, hand delivered by the owner! Also it is so lovely to support a small family business rather than going to a big chain store. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!
