They are deserve zero
No phone number to ring been told your parcel will be arrived next day delivery 9 o’clock in the morning still stuck in the house waiting for my parcel now a message on WhatsApp. I wanted to cancel the order then I can go back to work. I can’t even do that. They deserve a zero absolutely awful service. This is the last time I have ordered something paid extra money as well for the order to get the deodorant, Time he hasn’t arrived up until now my older number is. DUX043275566

We are an online based customer service centre, so we do not have the facilities to make or receive calls. All contact is done so online so we can keep a full record of your case.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or amend any details on the order. This is stated in our FAQ's here: https://www.debenhams.com/pages/informational/FAQ

I have checked and I can see that your order was placed on the 7th August on next day delivery and this was delivered the following day on the 8th August so this was delivered within the delivery timeframe selected.

It should be option there for zero that’s what they are. My message to all upcoming customer for this company. Be careful very rude. I’ve been using them for past 4 five years. My payment is not due in the next seven days and they already demanding the money which is absolutely bang out of order Did phone but I’m not happy about that. The letter I received.to day

Scam alert to all the British Gas…

Scam alert to all the British Gas customers they are sending the debt into the prepaid metres which is criminal and it’s theft for last two weeks my meter was taking money out when I top up and I called them and they don’t have any answer where this debt come from they said they don’t know at the moment they are going to investigate I always top up my meter I never use any sort of emergency credit please be aware I’m going to report this to Regulated authority They said they’re going to refund but the question is why they’ve sent the debt into my meter in the first place someone or other people they don’t even know what they are doing so please make sure when you top up your prepaid meter check your credit remaining and what are you topping up with I thought I make everyone aware

I don’t know why I have to give them a one star they deserve is zero
Over the weekend and a problem with my car called AA without checking the problem being told your starter motor is gone next day spend £170 to get new starter motor fitted problem still thereThe mechanic who fitted the Starter motor he looked around and he fix the problem it was lose connection because of AAA cowboy mechanic without looking and without diagnosing the fault you told me starter motor ended up cost me £170 made a complaint to AA i’d reply from AA they said really sorry the appraiser should look and diagnose the problem before he made any statement we do apologise but we’re not considering the cost you have to pay for our mistake which is absolutely not acceptable So be careful I was a member of RAC for many years they are well qualified mechanic I would say lot better than AA Cowboys 👎🏼👎🏼

Thank you for your call on 28 February 2022. I’m sorry you have had cause to complain.
I understand that you feel our patrol misdiagnosed the problem with your vehicle. The AA fixes over 8/10 breakdowns at the roadside. While working without the advantages and facilities of a full garage workshop, the patrol who attended has made the best diagnosis possible.

The AA is an emergency breakdown organisation and when assistance is requested, our patrols will do their best to get you back on the road or capable of driving to a garage for further repairs.

A breakdown report is issued to members following their vehicle’s breakdown. It states that the vehicle should be properly checked by an appropriate repairer before any repair work is carried out. I’m sorry if on this occasion you were disappointed with the diagnosis given, but we cannot consider any charges you have incurred.

This is our final decision and our file has now been closed.

Awful they have breach the contract Some time ago I asked Virgin Media Quick Start connect my service because they was taking the more money out of my bank account without telling me when I ring up I have been told oh we charging you more because your contract is run out Which is I find it disgusting I trust them and I’ll give them my personal details and they turned round taking the money out of my account more than what I was expected then they promised me and apologised we give you a 12 month contract which is your price will stay the same now was going to go up it was £46 and today I had a letter by saying the prices are going up again they breach the contract and the trying to rip people off and I asked him to disconnect my service I’m not going to pay any cancellation fee because you are breaching the contract the contract was for £46 a month for 12 month and it’s not even 12 month shame they should be reported to ofgem and whoever is going to review my view please you make sure you put them to ofgem And I’m going to do the same!!!! I don’t know why they’ve got it one star should start from zero I have been using eBay for many many years always have a problem with sellers and recently eBay not seem to be step in and sort the problem out they just interested in the Commission it’s been awhile I wanted to send item back which is not described fatefully contact the seller many time the time has been passed Eby not seem to be stepping in to sort the problem out I would like to inform the rest of the eBay user please be careful I have been messed around for last three weeks the number of phone call I made the number of time I contacted the seller and I’m just going around around in circles will leave the feedback again if you get sorted but it’s very bad experience I would right eBay is zero

Absolutely bag of rubbish please take my word and avoid this con network they are conning people I was with my previous EE biggest mistake to leave them they never increased any price I’ve been with them nearly two years The second time they have increased the price up I rang up and I’ve told them when I take out the contract I’ve been told your price will never increase the person I spoke to she said they give you the wrong information so basically when you take up your contract they tell you lies just to sign up a contract which is based on lies and afterwards they will increase the price the network is absolutely rubbish the price of pain it’s not worth the price so please be aware they’re not a trustworthy I don’t know why they didn’t allow me to give them a zero star rather than a one star I hope they will be fine by off gem because the price to charge on people it’s a con rubbish rubbish rubbish

I wouldn’t recommend SumUp to anyone if anyone considering do you have think twice
My customer card was declined twice and then both transection went through which as you can see clearly on my statement both transaction was declined and later on I’ve been notified The both transaction went through I refund the customer back and Sumup charge me extra £10 fee that doesn’t make any sense one I refund the customer back and the second I have to pay an extra £10 so it’s a bad experience for me and it doesn’t make any sense you refund the money and plus you pay an extra £10 so be careful with this company no I am considering to leave this and using PayPal they are quite good and I checked the rating they are five-star MDRKAR64

This is because a lot of people hadn't yet had their furlough confirmed and weren't receiving payments. British Gas is trying to rip Customer…

British Gas is trying to rip Customer off sending a debt into the meters and saying time to pay back the credit they give to the customer during this pandemic I rang up and ask for explanation The truth is I never asked him for any credit and it did not give me any credit trying to claim back £28 shame on them
And the person I spoke to today he cannot explain and I’ve been told he’s going to escalate this to the back office he can’t see anything what’s going on shame shame

Very bad company what I say carboy just paid my bill and in 15 days and a message I’ve got another bill due in 15 days everybody else generate your bills every 30 days and this company charge you every 15 days absolutely Gutted and rubbish I would love to cancel the contract I’m going to have to find out and make a complaint to Ofcom who pays the bill every 15 days

I don’t know why they don’t have the zero anyway one star for me is zero rating signed up a contract Sim only £10 A month and after that £20 for the rest of the contract I asked representative at least about three or Four time before I take out the Sim he said no your money won’t go up real state £20 till end of the contract checked my bank and they have been stealing an extra 54p out of my account Made a complain I’ve been told the representative you spoke to gave you the wrong information well it’s not my problem looking forward to make a complain to Ofcom I lost my trust Kinjan Your service is not a good service your service is only a good service if the customer tell you your service is good service your service is absolutely rubbish for the last 10 years go to hell

That's definitely not the kind of experience we'd want you to go through. Your contract is subject to increase by RPI (Retail Price Index) impacting for the year. Retail Price Index (RPI) is a measure of inflation in the UK. It means that companies can increase the cost of goods or services in line with inflation, that could be the reason your monthly price is extra by 0.54p. This info is also mentioned under the T&C of the contract- Kinjal

One start from me means 0 absolutely rubbish unprofessional I always have prepaid meter installed in my house and I left them at least about five years ago I had something to do with my bank today I went in and they asked me when did you check your Credit report last time which is I never checked my credit to put in my life and the gentleman explained to me and I checked and there was a default and which is in 2018 but I left them And with a prepaid meter we never ever had any bills as it’s always been topped up as a pay-as-you-go I would not know all my life if I’m not been told by my bank and I’m also going to raise a complain actually everybody should do if they have a problem with them complain to energy ombudsman Back in the days when I left they have been fine at the time by ripping people off so if anybody do read my view and they’ve got problem with them please raise the complaint to the energy ombudsman they will sort the problem out once again they are absolutely rubbish zero is still a figure But and powers are minus Rubbish rubbish rubbish 🖕
