I wouldn’t recommend SumUp to anyone if anyone considering do you have think twice
My customer card was declined twice and then both transection went through which as you can see clearly on my statement both transaction was declined and later on I’ve been notified The both transaction went through I refund the customer back and Sumup charge me extra £10 fee that doesn’t make any sense one I refund the customer back and the second I have to pay an extra £10 so it’s a bad experience for me and it doesn’t make any sense you refund the money and plus you pay an extra £10 so be careful with this company no I am considering to leave this and using PayPal they are quite good and I checked the rating they are five-star MDRKAR64
